    A. Example of statement on positive determination on the review: The EIARC recommends theissuance of an ECC, subject to the recommendations listed in Section VII below.

    B. Example of additional recommendation: Moreover, the EIA Review Committee also recommendsthat once an ECC is decided upon and is eventually issued, the EMB EIA Division briefs theproponent not only of the regulatory or must conditionalities of the ECC but to also impressupon the Proponent the advantages and soundness of the EIARC recommendations arising outof the review process.
