DETAILED ITINERARY Day 01: Welcome to Kathmandu (1400m.)After you arrive in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by our representative at the airport and then s/he will transfer you to hotel. You will be briefly described about your tour and check in to the Hotel. Rest of the day is all yours and overnight at hotel.

Day 02: KathmanduToday, you will be visiting cultural word heritage sites in Kathmandu valley which is rich for its Newari culture and temples; the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the world biggest Stupa, Boudhanath, Swoyambhunath Stupa (monkey temple) and historical Kathmandu Durbar Square, and amazing Kumari widely known as Living Goddess in Basantapur of central Kathmandu.

Day 03 Kathmandu - Bahundada After having breakfast, from Kathmandu we drive to Bahundanda via Prithivi Highway viewing arresting scene of Marsyangdi River. It takes 6 hours to reach Bahundanda.

Day 04: Bahundanda Jagat (1290m.)From Bahundanda, we follow the twisting mountain lane down all the way through Syange and next to the river. The trail will be followed by steeply rose climb and the path is cut into the vertical face of cliff around 200-300m above the river. Ultimately we move downward to the stone village of Jagat.

Day 05: Jagat - Dharapani (1920m.)From Jagat, today we come down until we arrive at the river and then start to go up again through the forest. We will get to Chamje, which is noticed by a splendid waterfall on the opposite bank. Then, we cross the suspension bridge and continue on a heaving path above the river. We come down to a grassy riverbank which takes us to Tal which comprises of HOTELS AND teahouses. Departing from Tal, the valley narrows, and the path turns out to be towering and winding. Before the path moves down we have some more cliff-walking then we come across a suspension bridge, and go up and ultimately arrive at Dharapani.Day 06: Dharapani - Chame (2630m.)Today we trek for 6 to 7 hours to arrive at Chame from Dharapani. Here you will observe the changing plant life, inhabitants and the scenery too chang. The path then mounts via pine forests to Bagarchhap, the first community on the trek with typical Tibetan architecture. After that we come at Danaque passing through farm, orchards and striking pine forest with the sight of gigantic peaks of Annapurna II and Lamjung. Subsequently, the track follows the stream Marsyangdi and passing by the settlements of Latamanang and Koto. After half an hour walk you reach at Chame for staying overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Chame - Pisang (3190m.)Witnessing the view of Lamjung Himal (6893m.) dazzling in the first rays of sun, we begin for trekking to Pisang. A stunning waterfall can be spectacled near Brathangs village. Along with Pisang Peak, you can also see the east peak of Annapurna II. After that, we come to a extended Mani wall and walk on the path of lower village of Pisang. We walk for approximately five hours to reach Pisang.

Day 08: Pisang - Manang (3520m.)From Pisang village today keep on trekking towards Manang valley. We, take a steady ascend route for half an hour to reach the top and get our primary view of the Manang valley. This rousing spot bestows splendid sights of the valleys, Humde village and the great peaks of Annapurna II, III, Gangapurna, Tilicho, Chulu east, Pisang peak and more. The trek moves further to Humde and enjoyable walk will take you to the Braga village. From here vegetation changes, you will notice the distinction of scenery and dried up mountain hills. We reach to Manang for the overnight from Bhratang after half an hour walk.

Day 09: Manang Rest day This is an acclimatization day as well as day to walk around Manang. Manang is the village with flat roofed houses which is the eye-catching set and is bounded by some wonderful scenery -Annapurna II, III (7,555 m.), Tilicho (7,132 m.), Gangapurna (7,454 m.) to the South, Chulu East (6,059 m.) to the North and to the West lies Chulu West (6,583 m.)

Day 10: Manang - Ledar (4250m.)We trek from Manang after having our breakfast where the scenery is more like Tibetan plateau. It appears to be more steady; we will feel difficult to breath and take more time to cover the short distance with the wonderful view of Annapurna Himal, Himalchuli and peak 29. Climbing the trail and passing the village of Gunsang, we come across the Gundon Khola through a wooden bridge. We come to the small community of Ledar. It will take around three hours.

Day 11: Ledar - Thorung Phedi (4500m.)Departing from Ledar, we walk for three hours to reach to Thorung Phedi. We mount steadily to a ridge earlier than moving downward to the headwaters of the Marsyangdi and trekking through an enclosed wooden bridge. After a short way up the mountain lane on the right bank, we tag on a slender trail and then move down to Thorung Phedi.

Day 12: Thorung Phedi Muktinath (3800m.)This is the longest and challenging day of the entire trip. We start our hike very early in the morning where our path becomes steepest initially and takes us to the high camp. We will see the magnificent sunrise and sight of the gigantic mountains. We constantly walk to the apex which takes 3 to 4 hrs to the top and witness picturesque scenery. We move down to the Mustang region and the Kaligandaki valley far below to the West. Finally, we reach Muktinath after 7 to 8 hrs long walk and for the night at lodge.

Day 13: Muktinath Jomsom (2713)Early morning after worshipping Lord Vishnu at Muktinath Temple, we will have breakfast at guest house and move slowly down on foot up to Jomsom and overnight at hotel.

Day 14: Jomsom PokharaToday, after having our breakfast we will fly from Jomsom to Pokhara and will have free time in afternoon in Pokhara for our own activities. Overnight at HOTEL IN Pokhara.

Day 15: Pokhara Kathmandu We take the bus or fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu after having our breakfast. The rest of the day is all yours; you can go around the valley. Overnight at HOTEL in Kathmandu.Day 16: DepartureToday is the last day of your stay in Nepal. Our airport representative will transfer you to Airport

CLOTHING AND EQUIPMENTSCertain basic trekking equipment is essential on all routes we described in this site. Depending on the area and season, we will provide you with a comprehensive list of necessities. Here is some recommended Equipments List for trekking in Nepal.CLOTHING1. BOOTSLightweight walking boots. If new one is being bought, walk then in to avoid blisters. Also bring spare laces.2. TRACK SHOESA pair of track shoes. To wear in the camp at night or when the boot is wet.

3. JACKETWarm jacket. Fiber fills or down should be adequate. This is especially necessary during winter from December to February. A rainproof jacket with hood or a poncho. Get the one that is guaranteed waterproof.4. SHIRT AND SWEATERSWoolen shirts and thick sweaters. During winter months, December through February these items are essential. Thick sweaters can be purchased in Kathmandu. 1 lightweight long sleeved -shirt is particularly suitable for avoiding sun burn.

5. TROUSERSA pair of lightweight/ heavy weight trousers. Jeans are unsuitable to wear on treks. Cheap loose cotton pants are available in Kathmandu. Heavyweight trousers are useful higher up in the mountains in the morning and at night. Windproof/ waterproof trousers are necessary on all treks going above 10.00ft.

6. UNDERWEARThermal underwear. These are excellent to sleep in at night in the winter months thermal underwear are quite invaluable.7. TRACKSUITA tracksuit useful for wearing in camp and in the tent. 2 pair of loose fitting long shorts/ skirts.

8. SLEEPING BAGAs you do not carry it yourself this may be synthetic or down, but it must be 4 season. As most treks pass through a variety of climatic conditions, a long zip is a good idea. A cotton/fleece liner helps keep your sleeping bag clean. Good sleeping bags are expensive but can be rented easily in Kathmandu (Only for treks starting and finishing there)9. SUN HAT, SUNCREAM/BLOCK & LIP SALVEChoose a high factor suncream (Factor 20 or stronger) to protect your skin against the sun at high altitude. A combination sunblock/lip salve is ideal for facial protection.10. PERSONAL FIRST AID KITYou should have your own supply of plasters, aspirin, diarrhea tablets and also a comprehensive blister kit. (Please do not give medicines to local people without consulting the trek leader.)11. HAT/ GLOVE/ SANDLE/ SHOCKS/ UNDERWEARa) A woolen hat to wear in the morning and at night. During winter it is an essential item.b) A sunhat and ensure it has a wide brim to cover the face and neck.b) A pair of gloves. Leather with lining and woolen are best. c) 1 pair of sandals to wear in the cities and in camp.d) 4 pairs of thin and 4 pair of thick woolen socks.e) Underwear normal quantity and swimming costume, hankies.Equipments and Accessoriesa) Duffle bag or kit bag to carry to gear while trekkingb) Daypack: This is a small rucksack to carry personal requirement for the day e.g. toilet items, camera, film towel, soap, a boot etc.c) Water bottle.d) Snow glasses and sunglassese) 2-4 large plastic bags to separate clean clothes from dirty ones.f) 6 -10 smaller plastic bags to dispose garbage.g) Wallet and /or money belt with compartment for coins.h) Toiletries with large and small towels.
