• Projects such as urban renewal policies began making them segregated

• Whites began to flee to the suburbs

• Their family didn’t have a very good place to live

• No one wanted them in the new neighborhood

• Everyone thinks that segregation is just how it suppose to be

• Doesn’t change my view on identity because its not a big deal for me

everything and being satisfied with the chooses I have made in my life.

• Like the novel, my dreams are going to provide me with a decent life

Conclusion• Shouldn’t be judged by their ethnic background

• Shouldn’t keep them from achieving their dreams

• Should be judged by who they are as a person

• Everyone has different dreams and goals and shouldn’t let anything stop them from achieving them
