Ready‐to‐go site with F.P.P. for 85 houses  

The subject site is located to the rear of Annabella Park on Kennel Hill in Mallow, Co. Cork. The site is situated approx. 1.5km west of Mallow town centre and is highly accessible with the N20 and Mallow

Train Station within 1km.  

The station provides regular services allowing Cork City to be reached in 21 minutes. Furthermore,

routes to Tralee, Limerick and Dublin also run from this station. 

 

The immediate surrounding area benefits from a wide variety of amenities with Mallow Racecourse

within 2.5km and Mallow Golf Club within 3km.   

The subject site extends to approx. 3.23 hectares ﴾7.99 acres﴿.  An adjoining site of approx. 0.57 hectares ﴾1.4 acres﴿ is in the ownership of Cork

2 no. 4 bed detached

Zoning The Cork County Development Plan ﴾CDP﴿ 2014

establishes a hierarchical network of settlements in the County, allocating related population and

housing growth projections. Mallow is designated as a ‘Hub’ town and is located within the designated

Greater Cork Ring Strategic Planning Area.  

Under the Mallow Town Plan 2010‐2016 the subject site is zoned UR‐4 'undeveloped residential zoned

land’.
