Due to unavoidable circumstances, and reasons beyond explanations, a delay for replying your letter cited in ref. 2 above, was made to be caused, inadvertently,on unintentional grounds, which may please be pleaded to be borne- with and condoned.2. Regarding the allegation that an excess fee of Rs. 8000/- is collected over and above the prescribed fees, I would like to bring it to your kind attention, politely, that the above said fee is not at all a compulsory fee. It is only an optional fee and that too is collected only on the free will and acceptance of the students admitted, after explaining all the facts and figures behind the cost of the suit and coat of standard material, lab coat, text books for all the papers in the first year, laboratory manuals, observation note books, record note books, computer bond sheets with the college logo printed on it, etc.,The following items are supplied to them:

The allegations that the inmates of the hostel are treated as beggars is thoroughly baseless; as no any institution will dare to do anything in such a way as to lead to the end -result of making the students drawn to the thinking that they are treated as wanderers and vagabonds because, needless to emphasize the point, any institution is depending on the intake of the students; therefore no institution will dare to do like, what is alleged in the complaint letter, instead, would like to view the future development with some trepidation, if a non conducive and an unacceptable situation is prevalent in the hostels.4. The whole campus is holistically situated behind a host of temples fully under the sheath and protection of divine forces transforming the whole premises into a place of peace and tranquility; therefore there is no question of the students feeling perturbed or unsettled.5. And as far as the facilities offered in the hostel are concerned, all of them are in tune with the expectations and the rules and regulations as coined by the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicines6. The sanitary conditions of the students hostels are superbly good and well maintained so that there is no kind of any lapse on the part of the management in the area of the service and the facilities provided to the students in the whole campus, especially to all the inmates of the both the hostels, boys and girls. We are in all our efforts, very serious in providing a good health care and a serene atmosphere in the whole campus. Further I would like to humbly bring it to your kind attention that an emergency Ambulance van is kept in an alert way for the use of managing any emergency that may arise, unexpected ill health of any students, any time, all the 24 hours, around the clock, all the days of the year under a constant vigil of an Officer with a suitable responsibility. Also we have made arrangements with our own RVS Hospitals situated at Sulur to offer a high class treatment to all our ailing students brought through RVS ambulance, without insisting on any kind of down payment prior to the start of the course of the treatment , normally insisted on by any other hospitals of this category of Multi- Super Specialty-Hospitals. We have in our RVS hospitals at Sulur all services and medical facilities with a very high standard of health care and prevention, maintaining a standard clinical laboratory, specialist attention in all the fields of the health care, including Emergency Health Management System, besides offering an instant and all -attentive full care at our Siddha Hospital, situated very close to our own Institute of RVS College of Engineering and Technology.7. We are in no way causing any nuisance to the public health as defined in Tamil Nadu Public Health Act, 1939. There is no source leading to the cause for the breeding of flies , mosquitoes, bed bugs or rodents. A good quality drinking water is provided to all the students both in the campus and in the hostel premises of both boys and girls.8. To have an inundated care and attention regard to general health and prevention of diseases for the students, we have a link with authorized medical practitioners for obtaining medical certificates of the students on periodical basis.9. There is absolutely no question of any garbage dumped unnecessarily in any point of the place in the whole campus as, a garbage clearance truck is doing its rounds every hour; moreover we have our own gas plant which is made to be devised in such a way that the organic wastes are delivered to be the inputs for the same.10. Enough number of over head tanks and the sumps are in use, hermetically sealed and scientifically closed.11. Every year colour wash and a hot lime wash, wherever necessary, is given to all our structures without fail.12. An inspection note is maintained and caused to be produced to the Public Health Authorities not only during the times of their inspection but also at any point of time.13. Fire extinguishers of enough number and quality are fixed at all sensitive places where there is an expected or unexpected possible break out of fire. 14. There is absolutely no cause for any anxiety on the part of anybody as to the availability of free and fresh air, because that is in abundance, all because of the well planned and even more so well executed and constructed structures of our campus.15. We have provided nine tools for the uninterrupted supply of hygienic water for consumption through the well maintained water doctors installed at several point of easy reach to as the students and all other users.16. Enough number of wash basins are provided at all points under all the stair cases, in addition to those provided at the toilets and bath rooms.17. All the toilets and bath rooms are kept clinically neat and chemically made germ- free to cater to the normal and emergency needs of all the students and the staff.18. Separate rest rooms for the boys and the girls with all amenities and facilities are in service to all the students of this college.19. The class rooms, laboratories, seminar halls and all the utility rooms are spacious enough to have good ventilation and constructed aesthetically well to have a free flow of light in to the halls.20. For boys and girls, separate dining halls with the state -of art- hygienically -maintained, are in service in this campus.21. For the convenience of the vehicle users of this campus, separate and spacious parking bays are erected for both two wheelers and four wheelers with full security surveillance round the clock during all the days.22. To meet the needs of an emergency and unexpected eruption of any unforeseen situation that may cause a panic among students, making them to rush upto the exit gate, all at the same time, emergency steps are provided in every floor.23. For creating a user friendly services for the physically handicapped, sick and elderly persons, two lifts will be erected, soon, the construction for which is in progress on full swing as of now.24. During these days of an unavoidable power shutdowns leading to an atmost starvation for power, any moment, an uninterrupted power supply has been made to happen througha) one generator of 180 KVAb) another of 82 KVA & c) a non conventional Photo Voltaic System of Solar Energy Generators, yielding a power of 50 KW 25. Finally, Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that our hostel is covered under periodic sanitary inspection by the Tamil Nadu Government and is duly certified by the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine as :THERE IS NO OBJECTION ON PUBLIC HEALTH GROUNDS FOR THE HOSTEL AT M/S RVS EDUCATIONAL TRUST, KUMARANKOTTAM, SULUR TALUK, COIMBATORE-641 402, COIMBATORE DISTRICT WHICH HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY THE PUBLIC HEALTH AUTHORITIES , vide ref. 4 cited above. Sir, may I please humbly submit now, that in view of the elegant structures, facilities, services, amenities and provisions as detailed above and also in the light of the explanations submitted to your kind self, I may please be allowed to plead that 1. Neither an excess fee is charged from the students.2. Nor there is any dearth in services provided to the students in our campus.
