I have got to know Anna since October 2006 when we joined AIESEC in LC SPUEF together. After working in PBoX as OC team member, she applied for OCP Recruitment and the number of applications was the higher than it had ever been in the past. Next year we had a chance to work together in one EB team. As her LCP I can mention such qualities of Anna as personal effectiveness, innovative approach, inner strength, maturity and active learning. Being LC VP Communications, she realized 2 big members and EP recruitments with more than 1000 applications, which enabled her to evaluate the attractiveness of AIESEC experience to external environment and find suitable ways and instruments to increase it. Anna improved LC external positioning in the city by increasing number of media appearances, web-site creation, raising media partners and participating in external events. Thus, Anna has a lot of practical experience “on the ground” in packaging our product and collecting external environment needs. As a part of her functional role, Anna built internal communication system in LC through myaiesec.net implementation and LC positioning in AIESEC network, serving the need of increasing exchange experiences and making LC members work smoother. As a result, LC SPUEF was the first one in ranking and realized historical maximum of exchanges per one LC in AIESEC Russia history. Anna’s contribution was very significant and impressive, her skills and knowledge allowed her to be elected as MC VP Communications in AIESEC Italy. Striving for excellence in everything she does and willing to make bigger contribution, Anna was elected as Team Leader of Global Communication Crew, and now she is managing virtually team consisted of 4 people from different realities. Thus, Anna totally understands the role and impact that support teams can make in AIESEC International activity. Knowing Anna as an innovative person and good manager, I am sure she can fully employ potential benefits that any organizational structure does have. Besides that, Anna took a challenge of being agenda manager of WENA WE GROW conference with about 200 delegates. This decision one more time highlights her flexibility and maturity (as she was developing a learning curve for delegates with very different mindset and coming from different realities), her desire for personal development. AIESEC in Russia wants to endorse Anna Skryabina, a great leader and a great professional, for the position of AIESEC International Vice-President AIESEC experience for the 2010-2011 term. To whom it may concern

This letter serves to endorse Anna Skryabina on behalf of AIESEC Russia for the position of Vice-president AIESEC experience of AIESEC International 2010/2011.

Sincerely yours,

AIESEC in Russia MC 09-10
