We invite you participate in a meeting that is certain to enhance your sales and marketing program among
nephrology nurses. The American Nephrology Nurses Association hosts its 2019 Nephrology Nursing
Practice, Management & Leadership Conference (Fall Conference) in San Diego, California at the
Hilton San Diego Bayfront, October 12-14, 2019.
As nephrology nursing leaders learn how to build a stronger team, how to produce an efficient workforce,
and how to create new opportunities for better patient care within their facilities, exhibitors will have an
opportunity to present their products and services directly to this audience of elite decision-makers.
Since our attendees are genuinely interested in your products, but often are too busy in their work
environment to spend effective time with your sales representatives, the ANNA 2019 Fall Conference
provides your company with valuable exposure within a learning environment. To maximize your sales
efforts, ANNA's schedule offers dedicated times for exhibits. You will have several targeted opportunities
to talk to your customers during a reception, a coffee break, and a refreshment break.

2019 Fall Conference
All applications for exhibit space received prior to the deadline established in the official exhibit
prospectus and accompanied by the required deposit will be assigned space based on ANNA’s Priority
Point System. Exhibit applications are not considered valid contracts unless submitted with required
funds and will not be assigned until payment is received.
Points are accrued based upon each company’s level of participation in ANNA’s priority projects during
the three (3) calendar years immediately preceding the Fall Conference. All companies will be ranked
according to the actual dollar value of direct financial and marketing support provided to ANNA. One
point will be accrued for each $1,000 of direct spending with ANNA during the preceding three (3) years.
Current Corporate Members receive priority ranking in the first tier; Sustaining Members in the second
tier. All other exhibitors who submit their applications by the established deadline will receive priority in
the third tier. All applications received after the established deadline will be assigned based on space
availability at the time they are received.
Exhibitors are entitled to three (3) complimentary exhibit badges. Admission to the exhibit area will be
by badge only. One corporate nurse per booth may receive CNE credit for programs attended.
The official service/drayage contractor is Innovative Expo, Inc.

Rules/Regulations
Assignment of Space
All applications for space must be filed on the contract
form enclosed. Please keep a copy for your records.
The primary consideration in the assignment of space
to exhibitors shall be in the best interest of the Association.
The American Nephrology Nurses Association may at its
discretion accept or reject any application for space and
reserves the right to relocate or reassign space at any time
for the overall benefit of the convention.
Terms of Payment and Cancellations
The price of each 10’ x 10’ booth is $2,100.
Applications should be accompanied by check or money
order in the full amount for each exhibit space plus other
applicable charges made payable to ANNA and mailed to
Box 56, Pitman, NJ 08071-0056. ANNA’s Tax ID Number
is 23-7189008.
Should any contingency prevent holding of the
Conference or Exhibition, the sponsoring group shall not
be held liable for any expenses incurred by the Exhibitor.
A charge of $1,050 (50%) will be made on all
cancellations made on or before July 15, 2019.
Cancellations made after this date will be charged full
space rental. Therefore, any cancellations made on or after
July 15, 2019 will be charged full space rental. All
cancellations must be made in writing.

Hotel Accommodations
The official hotel is Hilton San Diego Bayfront; Main
Telephone 619-564-3333. Please make reservations on-
line through ANNA’s Website – www.annanurse.org.
Special hotel rates have been established as follows: $209
for single/double and $229 for triple/quad (not including
state and local occupancy fees and taxes) if reserved 30
days prior to check in. Information regarding hotel
accommodations will be provided at the time confirmation
of space is made by ANNA. Exhibitors are reminded that
hotel rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis
and should plan to make arrangements as early as possible.
No hotel accommodations will be made for non-
exhibiting firms. Hospitality suites for exhibitors will be
available in a limited number. Reservations must be made
through the Conference Manager's Office. Suites must not
be open during exhibit hours or during sessions.
Under no circumstances will companies not exhibiting
or making meeting contributions equal to the average booth
fee be permitted to sponsor or participate in ANNA
activities during the workshop.
Security and Liability
All efforts will be made to provide adequate security
for the exhibit hall. However, each exhibitor must make
provisions to safeguard his valuables from the time they are
placed in his space, until they are removed by him. Neither
the American Nephrology Nurses Association, Anthony J.
Jannetti, Inc., nor the Hotel will be responsible for loss or
damage due to any cause. There will not be a security firm
hired to watch over your materials.
These rules and regulations are to be construed as part
of all space contracts. The American Nephrology Nurses
Association reserves the right to interpret them as well as
make final decisions on all points the rules and regulations
do not cover.
Registration
Advance registration will be provided. All exhibitors
will be required to register. A special exhibitor registration
area will be provided onsite. Exhibitors are entitled to three
(3) complimentary exhibit badges per booth. Additional
badges over three will be available for $50 each.
Admission to the exhibit area will be by badge only.
