Sleep Trouble falling asleep, tossing and turning,

waking and falling back asleep, getting up two, three or four times a night to urinate, being startled awake by some minor noise and other sleep problems could be indicative of a nutritional deficiency that allows susceptibility to the things that commonly wake you up or keep you awake at night.
