    Angels of Twilight Rules

    Standard AbilitiesSpace Marines of the Angels of Twilight Chapter may use all of the standard Space Marine abilities (RapidFire, the Shaken rule, Tech Marines restrictions and repairs, etc !

    ombat S!uadsThough most Space Marine s"uads are purchased in #$%man units, you may split any such s"uad into &Combat S"uads of ' models apiece These s"uads fight totally independently and only the s"uad whichincludes the Sergeant may use his )eadership for *reak tests The splitting of s"uads must be made anddeclared prior to the start of the battle, and is irre+ersible (for e ample, the combat s"uads may not reforminto a single s"uad halfway through the game!

    Angels of Twilight as Allies-nless agreed to before the army lists are chosen, Angels of Twilight may not be used as Allies, and maynot take other specific Space Marine Chapters as Allies

    Chapter Rules

    S"e#ial $ulesAlthough originally deri+ed from the -ltramarines, the Angels of Twilight owe their +ery e istence to the*lood Angels, from whom their .ene seed was largely replaced after an accident on Mars caused it to

    become contaminated, /ust prior to the Assault on 0arth *ecause of this, the Chapter deri+ed as much of itsdoctrine from that of the teachings of Sangunius, and is in some ways more closely aligned to the *loodAngels than the -ltramarines

    The Angels of Twilight are a non%Code Chapter Much like the *lack Templars, they subscribe to the pre%Second Found methods of tactics and organi1ation The Twilight )egion prefers to attack targets withsubtlety, rather than with +ast Crusades, and because their skills are so much in demand, they are spread+ery thinly indeed To facilitate this, the Chapter is broken down to functional units at the Company le+el,and the limits to the number of s"uad choices that may be fielded reflect this restriction

    om"any Le%el &o#trineThe Chapter always operates in regimented units Much as other Chapters replace a Sergeant with a 2eteranSergeant, the Angels of Twilight replace *attle brothers with Character models3 there are no independentmodels fielded in the army

    This includes Terminators, who 4 rather than comprising the First Company, as in most Chapters 4 areactually allocated to each company, to be used as the commander sees fit )ikewise, one Tactical S"uad willalways be fielded, no matter what other units are committed to the fight

    5f a 2eteran S"uad (not Terminator S"uad! is fielded, you may opt to place them into a .roundspeeder

    s"uadron at the normal cost for the +ehicles This s"uadron may be up to fi+e +ehicles in si1e, as re"uired

    'ehi#les and Te#hmarines*ecause of the Company )e+el 6octrine, the Angels of Twilight are at a bit of a disad+antage when itcomes to +ehicular support *ikes and Speeders are uncommon, at best, as the Chapter focuses onmaintaining the Machine Spirits of its Armored Fighting 2ehicles Therefore, 7ump 8acks tend to be usedmore often than A8C9s3 Ra1orbacks are more common than Rhinos, etc

    The Chapter9s dependence on self reliance means that the number of Techmarines tends to be higher whenthe Angels of Twilight are in the field, and ha+ing one Techmarine per 2ehicle (or S"uadron! is notuncommon
