SolArc is a Houston based company that sells $20M annually in software licenses and professional services.

Developed, implemented and managed the Customer Relationship Management Program consisting of multiple CRM’s assigned to multiple customers.

Developed and managed customer profitability reporting and goals for entire customer base. Successfully rescued “At Risk” customers by establishing value and relationships. Specifically resulting

in 600k+ in sustainable annual revenue as well as additional license fees from customers by expanding the software’s footprint in the customers’ organization.
