Responsible for 21 stores located in NYC and NJ, including Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, Saks, Bluemercury, Bloomingdales
Soho and Bloomingdales 59th St which is the key focus flagship store/biggest liability.
Took over a territory that was without an Account Executive for over a year. The territory as a whole was down over
15%, and is currently up 8% for the season. Success due to building the skincare and complexion categories.
Recruited and filled 12 open positions that were open within the territory. Trained and promoted 2 full timers into
counter manager positions. Hired and trained multiple freelance artists to ensure growth of day to day sales, loyalty,
flexibility, and an overall great ROI. Requesting that all freelancers sell 6 times their hourly.
Developed strategies that improved presell, bookings appointments for events, and day to day productivity.
Helped roll out the NARS certification process for all makeup artists, teaming up with the training department.
Manage T&E budget, and freelance budget for territory.
