ANEC Trainers Lobsang Tenzin and Tenzin Dasel facilitated month long
workshop for five southern major Tibetan settlements in the Karnataka State
(Comprehensive Report plus Photographs plus feedback already sent to Dr.
Mary Gendler and Rabbi Everett Gendler,ANEC Principal supporters cum
Chief Resource Persons along with ANEC Executive Director’s special
covering note ).
ANEC Executive Director and ANEC Accountant cum Office Secretary
visited Shimla in connection with 80-G Income Tax Exemption Certificate
and also public outreach and information dissemination to both Tibetans
and Indians in Shimla.
ANEC volunteers Michelle Stinson, Ngawang Palmo and Sweta Penemetsa
worked with ANEC on Research and Documentation.

MAY, 2011
ANEC Executive Director’s Trip to Mussoorie to arrange ANEC
Special Pilot Workshop for Tibetan Homes foundation (THF) and Ten
Day Intensive Workshop for CST( Central School for Tibetans ) in
Mussoorie.
ANEC Executive Director meeting and consultation with Director of
LHA Organization regarding future volunteers for ANEC.
ANEC Every Monday meeting for weekly Planning, Policy and
Administration.
Ongoing ANEC workshops for the TTS and Tibetan new arrivals at the
Tibetan New Arrivals Reception Center.
Visit to ANEC office and meeting with Executive Director by Former
Tibetan Parliament member Mr. Norbu Dhargyal now living in Boston,
U.S.A.
ANEC Executive Director attended the Third Tibetan National General
Conference at the upper TCV as a special invitee from the CTA from
21st May to 24th
May, 2011.
ANEC Executive Director met and had consultations with ANEC
Governing Board Chairman Former Kalon Tripa Mr. Sonam Topgyal.

Ongoing updating of ANEC face book by Executive Director and trainer

JUNE, 2011
ANEC trainer Lobsang Tenzin visited Shimla in connection with ANEC 80-
G Income Tax Exemption Certificate follow up.
ANEC designed and developed a revised website, which is now fully in
operation ( Please see the revised ANEC website at.. www.anec.org.in.
ANEC Executive Director attended special Book Opening Ceremony by
Tibetan Center for Human Rights and Democracy at the new Tibetan
Library Hall.
ANEC Executive Director facilitated talk on Active Nonviolence to
Professors and students of University of AKHANSAS, U.S.A at the
Choenor House.
Ongoing ANEC workshops for the TTS and Tibetan new arrivals at the
Tibetan New Arrivals Reception Center.
ANEC Executive Director and Trainer Lobsang Tenzin facilitated special
half day intensive workshop for Tibetan teacher trainees from Varanasi
(Tibetan Institute for Higher Studies) at the invitation of the Department of
Education, CTA.
ANEC trainer Lobsang Tenzin attended a one day workshop on Human
Rights Law Network organized by Students for Free Tibet.
ANEC every Monday meeting for weekly Planning, Policy and
Administration.
ANEC Executive Director meeting and consultation with website experts of
CTA and Director of Audio Visual Section of DIIR, CTA Mr. Jigmey
regarding ANEC website design.
ANEC office renovation as mutually agreed in the ANEC office Rental
Agreement with Mr. Rajan Jamwal, ANEC Office Building Owner.
ANEC Executive Director meeting with Lhamo's Croissant Restaurant and
the Drumstick Restaurant regarding ANEC Every Friday Program for
information dissemination and public outreach program.
Submission of Comprehensive Report, plus photos, plus workshop feedback
on ANEC month long workshop for five major Tibetan settlements in the
Karnataka State to Rabbi Everett Gendler and Dr. Mary Gendler, ANEC
Principal supporters cum Chief Resource Persons.

JULY, 2011
ANEC every Monday meeting for weekly Planning, Policy and
Administration.
ANEC Executive Director attended special Book Opening Ceremony at the
invitation of DIIR, CTA and TCHRD at DIIR Hall at the CTA.
ANEC Executive Director and two trainers facilitated special half day
intensive training at the TIPA (Tibetan Institute of Performing Arts) for 20
Tibetan cultural performance teacher trainees organized by DOE
(Department of Education),CTA.
Visit to ANEC office and meeting and discussions with ANEC Executive
Director regarding ANEC activities on Peace ad Nonviolence by staunch
Tibet supporter Mr. Fabian from France.
Ongoing updating and upgrading of both ANEC website and ANEC face
book by Executive Director and trainer Lobsang tenzin.
ANEC Executive Director’s meeting and discussions on ANEC activities
with Professors Mark Richard and McClish from Alabama, U.S.A.
Ongoing ANEC office meetings and discussions for upgrading the quality
of ANEC workshops and other ANEC activities for Peace and Nonviolence.
Ongoing ANEC research work on Peace and Nonviolence.
ANEC Executive Director Tenpa C. Samkhar and Training Officer Lobsang
Tenzin started working on the next ANEC news letter and waiting to
receive Gendlers photograph with His Holiness the Dalai Lama for the next
ANEC news letter along with part of the Gendlers wonderful proposal
captioned:" UNIVERSAL NONVIOLENCE TRAINING ".
ANEC Executive Director and ANEC Accountant Tenzin Nyima sent
special Registered Speed Post Parcel to Gendlers on July 23rd

ANEC Executive Director attended scarf offering ceremony for the
newly elected Prime Minister of the Central Tibetan Administration
(CTA) on 8th
August, 2011.
ANEC executive Director attended the Oath taking ceremony of new
elected Prime Minister of Central Tibetan Administration on behalf of
ANEC on August 9th

ANEC Day had been celebrated in ANEC office by inviting ANEC
special guest Director of Tonglen, ANEC office landlord and
Mr.Walia and his daughter on 10th
September, 2011.
On ANEC Day Indian Traditional Sweets had been distributed to the
Indian Kids in the ANEC Office neighborhood.
ANEC activities for peace and nonviolence have been appreciated by
the current Prime Minister Dr. lobsang Sangay through his special
Message for ANEC newsletter.
Visit to ANEC Office and meeting and discussions with ANEC
Executive Director regarding ANEC activities on PEACE and
Nonviolence by His Holiness the Dalai Lama's Former
Representative in England Mr.Tashi Tsering on 14th
Septamber,
2011.
ANEC Executive Director and Trainer Lobsang Tenzin worked on
publication of ANEC 4th
half yearly Newsletter.
ANEC Executive Director and Volunteer Mr. Mason Hester worked
on final proof reading of ANEC newsletter.
ANEC Executive Director issued I.D cards to all ANEC staff
members + Mr. Yonten Gyatso, ANEC Governing Board Member.

ANEC Fourth Half Yearly Newsletter published on 26th
September,
2011.
ANEC Executive Director and all ANEC staff members had been
invited by ANEC Neighbour on their Special Indian Religious
Festival.
ANEC staff members and Volunteer distributed the ANEC fourth
Half Yearly Newsletter at CTA, Mcleodganj and Lower Dharamsala
Area.
ANEC sent 50 copies of Newsletter to important ANEC contacts.
OCTOBER, 2011
ANEC Executive Director and staff members and volunteer
distributed Newsletter copies in Dhramkot and Tushita Area on 3rd
October, 2011.

A Tentative Program for Mussoorie special Pilot Project Training
Program and Intensive training had been sent to Gendlers by mail by
ANEC Executive Dircctor.
ANEC Executive Director and staff members attended a wedding
engagement of Mr. Rakesh Narayan's son Mr. Vinay Narayan at
Chamunda Hotel in Chamunda on 13th
Oct, 2011 at their invitation.
ANEC Trainers Lobsang Tenzin and Tenzin Dasel revised the
tentative program of Mussoorie workshop.
Ongoing updating and upgrading of both ANEC website and ANEC
face book by ANEC Executive Director Tenpa C. Samkhar and
Trainer Lobsang Tenzin.
ANEC Executive Director met with Mr. Gyaltsen, Education officer,
DOE, CTA, regarding ANEC upcoming Mussoorie workshop on 13th
October, 2011.
ANEC facilitated a special Friday Program at Drumstick Restaurant
on 13th
October, 2011.
ANEC Executive Director met with General Secretary of Department
of Religion and Culture Mr. Ngawang Choedhak.
ANEC Executive Director and both Trainers worked on preparation
of forthcoming Mussoorie workshop.
ANEC Executive Director and staff members attended the Global
prayer for one day at the Dalai Lama Temple on 19th
October, 2011
in memory of Tibetans who self immolated inside Tibet.
ANEC issued an Urgent Press Release dated 20th
October, 2011 on
recent events inside Tibet.
ANEC Trainer Lobsang Tenzin was deputed to attend a meeting on
Indo-Tibetan friendship and co-existence, organized by TCCR and
Tibetan Welfare Office.
ANEC Executive Director meeting with Mr. Sonam Topgyal,
Chairman of ANEC Governing Board.
Visit to ANEC Office and Meeting and Discussions with ANEC
Executive Director regarding ANEC activities on Peace and
Nonviolence by a group of western visitors on 28th
Oct, 2011.
ANEC Trainer Losang Tenzin was deputed to Mussoorie for
preparation and confirmation of ANEC special pilot program for
THF.

ANEC Trainers Lobsang Tenzin and Tenzin Dasel worked on
Resource materials for upcoming Newsletter.
ANEC Executive Director and two Trainers did a half day
brainstorming on ANEC workshop Resource materials especially for
ANEC upcoming pilot Project.
ANEC Executive Director and Training officers started working on
ANEC special Brochure on Gendlers contribution to Tibetan cause
and printing of ANEC Certificates for Mussoorie ANEC workshop
participants.
President of Central Executive committee of Tibetan Women's
Association Mrs. Dolker Lhamo Kirti and General Secretary, TWA
visited ANEC and had special meeting with ANEC Executive
Director regarding ANEC and TWA interaction and Co-operation.
ANEC Executive Director met with Director of Tibetan Center for
Human Rights and Democracy regarding NGO's activities on 8th
November, 2011.
ANEC Executive Director made urgent phone calls to Mr. Sonam
Topgyal General Secretary, Tibetan Homes Foundation Mussoorie to
urgently follow up on the importance and need of additional resource
Persons for the ANEC pilot project in Mussoorie as per advice of
ANEC Chief Resource persons Dr. Mary Gendler and Rabbi Everett
Gendler.
ANEC Executive Director and all staff members participated in
Inauguration of Tonglen NGO School building inaugurated by His
Holiness the Dalai Lama on 19th
November, 2011.

administration.
ANEC Executive Director and all staff members did all-out
Preparation and rehearsal for Mussoorie Pilot Project Training
Program.
ANEC welcomed new volunteer Mr. Travis linger from Denver
University, Colorado.
ANEC published a special Brochure to honor and compliment the
great work done by the Gendlers on 6th
December, 2011.
ANEC conducted the Pilot Educational Training on: "Universal
Nonviolence Training" for senior students of Tibetan Homes
Foundation, Mussoorie, from December 19th
to 30th
, 2012 with Dr.
Marry Gendler, Rabbi Everett Gendler, ANEC Executive Director
Tenpa C. Samkhar and ANEC Trainer Tenzin Dasel as Resource
Persons.
