As a youngster I spent my holidays helping my parents with their hobby oyster farm. Nine years ago we moved from the city to Wonboyn to give oyster farming a go full-time. It has been a fantastic environment to raise a family.

The growth rate of Sydney Rock Oysters in Wonboyn Lake is quite extraordinary. Our success is due to a combination of pristine water quality and a culture system whereby juveniles are first raised on a hanging long-line and then shifted to floating bags. We farm oysters in one of the most remote and natural environments you can find on the NSW coastline.

We are very fortunate and privileged to be able to say that we love what we do. My life revolves around getting our oyster farm to run like clockwork!
