volleyball, squash, tennis, football, fitness and climbing
Special sports day with different activities
Excursions (Oxford, Bletchley Park, Windsor, London)
Contests and resultsDuring the practical courses there were some
contests

Pablo Guerrero got the third best result!!!
PresentationsThere was a day for 5 minutes presentations
from the students.
Two people from the group submitted and were invited to do the their presentations:Alberto Resco Perez: Image segmentation in
a Volunteer Computing Framework (BOINC)Andres Abad Rodriguez: Metrics definition
inside software assurance process
Team member comments (I)Positive aspects:
Program gives very good overview of what actually happens with data coming from experiments
Good balance between lectures/exercisesChallenging lab exercisesGreat opportunity for networking!Excellent organization Really good lecturers
Team member comments (II)Negative aspects:
Time is spent dealing with things unrelated to the exercise, mainly with ROOT
Topics not presented in-depth but actually cannot do more in such short time.
Few information about GRID. As GRID Technologies group, we should try to have more presence in the School
