Dashboard are based on different portlets, all fully configurable via the GUI.

Form-based search criteria, allows updating a dashboard in real-time: for ex. dashboard on all messages from specific counterpart during a timeframe.

Interactive dashboards: all data values displayed in the dashboards are interactive - clicking on a specific item will open a listing of all pertaining messaging on which the data is calculated.

Solution comes ‘out-of-the-box’ delivered with different useful dashboards (Reconciliation, Correspondent Banking, etc.)

Case Manager

Single platform for diverse needs (eg. Payments Investigations, Claims Handling)

Create Cases:Cases can be started on the result of a financial message search/query. Likewise cases can be created by manual initiation following an investigation request received from internal or external parties. Cases are indexed and fully searchable on the different fields.

Manage Cases:Cases are assigned to an investigator, whom can execute different actions on a case (searching, status updates, escalation, send of review, closing/re-opening). Related messages can be linked to the case and results can be exported (either to external application or PDF-format).

Audit Trail:Full audit trail with timestamps covering all actions taken on the case, from opening to closing.

Case Dashboards:Graphical and grid overview of the number of cases and their different statuses (opening, under review, investigation, escalated, …). Different perspectives can be configured (number of cases handled per user in a given timeframe, total run-through time of case-handling, …)
