Create Cases:Cases can be started on the result of a financial message search/query. Likewise cases can be created by manual initiation following an investigation request received from internal or external parties. Cases are indexed and fully searchable on the different fields.
Manage Cases:Cases are assigned to an investigator, whom can execute different actions on a case (searching, status updates, escalation, send of review, closing/re-opening). Related messages can be linked to the case and results can be exported (either to external application or PDF-format).
Audit Trail:Full audit trail with timestamps covering all actions taken on the case, from opening to closing.
