NATIONAL INFORMATION/RULES

Beauty: Age 5-under short dress, white socks white shoes or dyed shoes to match the dress

Ages 6-12 Yrs. Short or long dress

Age 13-UP Long dress.

The stage will be set up in a traditional back T formation.

There will be a group lineup after the beauty competition. This is the time contestants will be judged for the Mini Optional awards

Tee Shirt: Mandatory event. Must wear your “UDQ T Shirt” bottoms of your choice must be white, your choice of white shoes. This

is basic modeling/upbeat event. THIS IS NOT A ROUTINE. Ages 8-UP you will (SAY YOUR NAME AND WHAT STATE YOU

ARE FROM). During this event its more of a relaxed, fun quick event if you choose to add your modeling kicks, slides they will not

be marked off but judges are not looking for this during this event. Judges are told “ basic modeling/upbeat event’ they are on stage

and off stage quick event” keep that in mind. Basic Basic Basic. – Music Provided 1 ½ min time limit

Outfit of Choice Modeling:. Outfit is your choice, Sportswear, Western, Theme, Casual Wear, swim suit is ok but you still have to

compete in swim category. Routines must be a modeling routine, showing off your modeling ability. We are looking for age

appropriate routines. Keep

Gymnastics to minimum, Please keep in mind Modeling routine not a talent routine or Gymnastics routine. We are looking for a

modeling routine. You can use your own music 2 minute time limit. – Props are ok Bring your music

Swim Wear Routine: This event is any type of swim suit. Age appropriate routines. No props Music provided 1 ½ min time limit

Talent: Props are allowed. 2 1/2 minute time limit. Have your music marked with your contestant name and cued ready to play.

Gorgeous Pink Modeling Event: DOUBLE CROWN (This score can replace your OOC or Talent Score to be put into your Grand

Supreme total score.) We are looking for age appropriate modeling routines. Keep Gymnastics to minimum; Please keep in mind

Modeling routine not a talent routine or Gymnastics routine. You can use your own music 1 ½ minute time limit. Props are ok Bring

Anything Goes Modeling Event: DOUBLE CROWN - Your choice modeling with no limitations. 1 ½ Minute time limit.

Program Book : Each contestant must submit a wallet size photo along with your registration form, entry form, and deposit. (Pictures

can be emailed in .jpg format to: ultimadreamqueen@aol.com Please include your name and age group when mailing or emailing

your photo. Each contestant will be featured in our National Program Book. Your picture must be included. Deadline for pictures is

June 10, 2014 Photo Events: Bring all photos to registration clearly marked with contestant’s name and age division. Please have single photos in a

plastic sleeve to protect the picture and portfolios in a secure binder. We will have your pictures available for you to pickup at

crowning. Photogenic: Colored or Black and White head shot, 8 x 10 or 8 ½ x 11. This event will be judged on Overall Impression,

Clarity, Facial Beauty, and Expression.

RULES 1. We do not tolerate bad sportsmanship. If caught using bad sportsmanship you will be disqualified with NO refund.

2. No refund of deposit. Deposits will not be transferred to another contestant.

3. All Cash Guaranteed but if less than 45 Contestants UDQ will have the right to discount everyone except the MEGA.

4. Please do not call or email and ask how many are in your group or who is in your group. I will not give this information

out. I do accept Papal you will be charged 4% fee. You may Pay Pal deposits to Ultimadreamqueen@aol.com

5. There will be no more Pay Pal accepted after June 15, 2014.

6. We are not responsible for any music left at the pageant, or responsible for your music not working during the pageant. All

music must be on CD’s, No Ipads,No Iphone with music will be accepted.

7. No videos or cameras allowed. We have a professional photographer with will be taking pictures.

8. 30 day grace period from day of pageant day.

9. If you won your GS package & you decide to do an ALL IN DEAL they will not be combined. They are separate deals

10. T shirts will be worn at crowning. Please remember this is crowning hair and makeup is suggested.

I hereby give my authorization and permission for any photos, videos or other publicity pertaining to myself/child to be released for newspaper, magazine and internet. I waive any and all claims for any nature hereafter acquired against Ultimate Dream Queen, Edie Klein, Donald Klein

or Daniel Harris and staff, volunteers, contestants, hotel, or any other facility workers for any damages, injuries suffered or death, during the time myself, child or my guests are participating in the pageant or related activities. I affirm that all information enclosed is true. I understand that the judges decisions are final, and there is to be no approaching or talking to the judges anytime during or after the competitions. Any display of poor sportsmanship will result in immediate disqualification from Ultimate Dream Queen Pageants. I understand that all fees are non refundable in the event I cannot attend the pageant for any reason, including my child/children become ill or in the event the pageant is canceled or rescheduled or you or unsatisfied with the outcome of the pageant or disqualified. This is a natural pageant system. No fake teeth. No theatrical makeup. No pro-am modeling. If contestants use any of these, your scores will be lowered by the judges. We are looking for real girls with natural confidence, poise and personality. There are no score reductions for braces, eyeglasses or facial blemishes.

No experience is necessary, no modeling scores, no attire scores only smiles, fantastic personality and enthusiasm and natural confidence and natural beauty! Overdone modeling can be distracting for the judges as they will be looking for a gorgeous face and personality. Excessive make up is not recommended or necessary. Remember, this is a NATURAL BEAUTY PAGEANT

Mandatory Beauty /Tee Shirt Events 0-5 Years - Light Face Powder, Light Blush, Clear Lip Gloss, & Tanning is allowed (optional). Natural, Pretty and Age Appropriate Hair Styles.
