On October 25, 19756, the Aberdeen Bureau Of �cam iiceived from the Oklahoma. City Bureau 0i�fice&#39; a letter signed byof Fort Sill, Oklahoma, who was formerly t member of the sioux Falls, out: 1Dakota Police Department. In this let advises that the» ullctwhich was removed from the head of Jo oWmrded to the Ball-istic Department of the Technical Laboratory, Federal Bureau of Investigabion, T:&#39;as11ington, D. C.! last spring, exact date not furnished.

� That the bullet was forwarded in a small box, and thatthis box else contained two test bullets v-&#39;}~.:1c}-1 had been �red from a .52caliber revolver, found-on an outlying street, the day after Kluthe�sbody was found in the river.

The letter further advises that the bullet removed fl&#39;f.�!|1 &#39;

Kluthe&#39;s head was apparently identical with a number of cartridges found inKluthe&#39;s overcoat pocket, and that five of these cartridges were missingfrom the box of bullets in the pocket. Further that the bullets found in

the pocket were so water soaked that it had been impossible to make a corn-
