In order to guarantee the highest quality and durability of our products, we use state-of-the-art laser processing systems and specialized welding robots. Powder coating and hot dip galvanizing provides excellent surface quality. Arcom produces only from certified materials delivered by audited suppliers.

EUROPEAN PRODUCTION, WORLD STANDARDS

An important role in the production process is its own design office, using advanced CAD software. We do static calculations and mechanical strength analysis. We simulate stresses and deformations using MES software. Arcom works in ISO 9001: 2015 standard, we have numerous certificates confirming the quality of our products and reliability of quality control records. Beside of welding standards acc. to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 we passed also TUV Test+Monitoring requirements.

Our strength is qualified team. Many years of experience of our designers, welders and other staff ensure excellent product quality. Arcom’s sales managers are at your disposal whenever you need professional advise on your project.

ARCOMARCOM

Our modern production plant is specialised in manufacturing lightweight steel structures made largely of the S235JR and S355J2H steel grades. The materials used come from selected and regularly audited suppliers. Each batch of steel is supplied to us with a certificate of approval and then it is subjected to a quality check.

Production areas are equipped with automated laser machines for cutting sheets and profiles. This technology does not leave sharp burrs on the surfaces of the machined sections, which ensures the safety of the employees and of the pallet users. A huge advantage of laser cutting is the 100% repeatability of dimensions of the parts. This is of crucial importance for the stability of the racks and translates directly into the occupational safety of warehouse workers.

The heart of the Arcom technology is welding. Our employees’ skills and experience make the source of our quality advantage. We carry out the welding processes using world-class automats. For serial production, we also use robotised welding stations.

We offer steel structures that are either paintcoated or galvanised. We have an automated powder coating plant and we apply Qualicoat certified coatings. They have an enhanced adhesiveness to metals, which translates into long durability and increased resistance to corrosion. Galvanised coatings are made by professional subcontractors according to EN ISO 1461 and on the basis of the particular requirements of our customers.

Arcom has been offering solutions for warehousing and transporting tyres, rims and wheels for over 20 years. We manufacture steel pallets/racks and trolleys as well as special-purpose platform systems. Our customers include tyre manufacturers, logistic companies, wholesalers, distribution networks and service workshops.

Our pallets enable storage of tyres, wheels and rims for: •passenger cars (PCR, SUV),•truck & bus (TBR),•agricultural machinery & earthmovers,•motorcycles & quads,•aircrafts.

We offer pallets that enable storing tyres in a fish-bone, horizontal or vertical way, depending on our customers’ preferences influenced by their buisness model.

Arcom racks are foldable and do not require assembly. You can move them whenever needed and use the space for another purpose. The floor will not be damaged because there is no anchoring. Arcom builds steel pallets, containers and trolleys for warehousing and transporting sub-assemblies and finished goods in the automotive industry. Our customers are plants manufacturing motorcycles, quads and other vehicles with an unladen weight not exceeding 2 tonnes. We supply solutions for the internal intermediate transport.

We provide our customers with transparency of the process of designing and manufacturing. We share our own experience and creatively participate in the product development. Arcom’s designing is always focused on the operational safety of the pallets, reduction of costs, ergonomics and long-term functionality.

Arcom produces galvanised steel pallets and cages, designated for storage and transport of gas cylinders. In our portfolio we offer solutions for LPG, technical and medical gases, as well as steel bundle frames.

We are aware of how important it is to transport gas safely and we are proud of long term business relationships with leading European gas producers and distributors, who in turn value our care of safety issues.

Majority of our customers use their own proven designs of cages, however they often follow our advice on possible improvements. Arcom supports designing process sharing its experience and knowledge about production technology. This guarantees that final solutions are modern and durable, whilst they are still economic.

Our strategy assumes systematic development of products for oil & gas industry. Over the last couple of years we have undergone several technological investments aiming for increasing of production capacity. Cages and pallets for transport of gas cylinders are one of our key products and we are planning to continue their development.

We produce cages for transport and storage of gas cylinders and bundle frames. In our offer we have cages for cylinders with technical, medical, LPG gases and others. We have broad experience in cooperation with the biggest European gas producers and distributors, which helps us understand differences between standards present on particular markets. In our offer there are many standard models, however we also carry out projects tailored to specific requirements of our customers. We also offer additional services, such us using composite materials (fibre glass, plastic), embossing or laser cutting of customer’s logo or other durable marking of pallets, etc.
