anarchy tyranny Brings in Rule of Law the proselytizing and militant Christian agencieslike World Vision, Seventh Day Adventist Groups and various other missionaryorganizations in INDIA fully backed by unrestricted flow of cash from America and Europe, are engaged in illegal conversions ,fully supported by the anti-Hindu Sonia's UPAGovernment in New Delhi since it came in power. These Christian marauders, very muchlike the Talibans of Afganisthan,

Beat Hindus to death for their refusal to convert to Christianity. Residents of Parmanpurvillage in Buxar District in Orissa have complained to the local public authorities thatChristian missionaries are luring them to convert and threatening them with violence if theydont obey.

According to Anjoriya Devi, her husband was beaten to death in her village in Buxar District by goons hired by missionaries. She says They beat up my husband when he refused toconvert to Christianity. They have threatened me too.

Mithilesh Kumar, another resident of the same village, has alleged that the missionariestried to lure him by offering him a job. They told me If I remain a Hindu, I will remainunemployed and poor. I would have money and a job only if I am converted to Christianity.Stories like these are numerous and many many many ----

There is a paramount and imperative need for an anti-Conversion Law in INDIA.

The government of Orissa will have to be congratulated for having told the Islam-embracing,Christianity-coveting and Hindu-hating is going on by ineffective INDIAN-GOVT.choosingto remain Islamically (pseudo-secularly) silent on what is happening in Jammu and Kashmir! the Islamic Terrorist Groups like SIMI and Christianity-coveting in Orissa and all overIndia.

According to Christian histo rian, Dr. T. R. De Souza at least from 1540 onwards, All theHindu idols disappeared because all the temples were destroyed and their sites and buildingmaterials were fully utilized to erect new Christian Churches and chapels. Various viceregaland Church council decrees banished the Hindu priests from the Portuguese territories; thepublic practises of Hindu rites including marriage rites, were banned; the State took uponitself the task of bringing up Hindu orphan children to raise them as christian; the Hindus

were denied many types of employment, while the converted Christians were preferred; itwas ensured that the Hindus would not harass those who became Christians, and on thecontrary, the Hindus were obliged to assemble in Churches to listen to preaching or to therefutation of their religion.

The Inquisition Laws filled 230 pages and the palace where the Inquisition was conductedwas known as the Big House and the Inquisition proceedings were always conducted behindclosed shutters and closed doors. The screams of agony of men, women, and children couldbe heard in the streets, in the stillness of the night, as they were brutally interrogated, flogged, and slowly dismembered in front of their relatives. Eyelids were sliced off andextremities were amputated so carefully that a person could remain conscious, even thoughthe only thing that remained was his torso and a head.

James Madison (American Statesman, 1751-1836, Co-Author Declaration of Independence)Christianity is full of superstition, b igotry, and persecution.

Thomas Paine (1737- 1809), the American Statesman wrote: What is it the Bible teaches us? Rapine, cruelty and murder

President Thomas Jefferson-- The Christian God is cruel, vindictive, capricious and unjust.

Charles Dickens.-- Missionaries are perfect nuisances and leave every place worse than theyfound :--His Majesty the King has ordered that there shall be no Brahmins in his land and that theyshould be banished.I order that no Hindu temples be erected in any o f the territories of my

king and that Hindu temples which already have been erected be not repaired and must bedestroyed.

The Portuguese who ruled Goa from 1510 till 1960 recognized no religion other thanChristianity as the legitimate means of communion with God. They imposed, a ruthlesssystem of pillage disguised as trade and a cruel administration.Unless Hindus unless theyembraced Christianity, they were nothing more than supplicants to be crushed intosubmission or exiled into oblivion.

The ho rrors inflicted on Galileo Galilee by the Inquisition the Vatican has only recentlyadmitted that the Church was wrong and Galileo was right so, are the horrors inflicted bythe Goa Inquisition on Hindus.

Will Pope Benedict XVI, who talks so eloquent ly about the carnage in Orissa today, dareto come forward to apologize for the Portuguese Inquisition against the Hindus in Goa andmany other parts of India, all most all over India from 1510 to 1812?

Governor of Goa D Constantine de Braganca issued an order on April 2, 1560, instructingthat Brahmins should be thrown out of Goa and other areas under Portuguese control.Another order was issued, this time by Governor Antonio Morez Barreto, on February 7,1575, decreeing that the estates of Brahmins would be confiscated and used forthe New Christians.

Hindus, who dared to oppose the religious persecution by the Portuguese administration or

the Christian clergy, were punished, swiftly and mercilessly.Dr. Alfredo DeMello (born in Goa in 1924) is a famous historian who today lives inUruguay in Latin America , in his brilliant book titled MEMOIRS OF GOA he has given adetailed and graphic account of the horrors of the Inquisition in Goa and in other parts of India , all most all over India from 1510 to 1812.:--

It was Francis Xavier who established the Inquisition in Goa, Spain and Portugal of whichpersecuting thousands and thousands of Jews and Hindus because they are Shame of theWorld.

Stalin was a tyrant, murderer, but at least he was not a hypocrite.

Big House, with two hundred cells.

All the persons above 15 years of age were compelled to listen to Christian preaching, failing which they were punished. The Hindus in Goa were shocked to see the God of Christianity being more cruel than that of Mohammad and therefore, deserted the territory of the Portuguese and went to the lands of the Muslims, and received enormous andincalculable evils. OUT OF THE FRYING PAN INTO THE FIRE.

those who complained, or even prayed to Hindu-God , ran the risk of being whipped by theGuards. with tortures of fire, cruel death. The artificial, manufactured and unnaturalcrimes criminally brought up against the Hindus , to be burnt at the stake or,burnt alive

Three kinds of torture were practised against the Hindus1) the rope or the pulley2) water and3) fire.

The torture by rope consisted of the arms being tied backwards and then raised by a pulley, leaving the victim hanging for some time, and then let the victim drop down to half a footabove the floor, then raised again. These continued up and down movements dislocated the

joints and made the prisoner emit horrible cries of pain.

The torture by water was as follows: the victim was made to lie across an iron bar, and wasforced to imbibe water without stopping. The iron bar broke the vertebrae and causedhorrible pains, whereas the water treatment provoked vomits and asphyxia.

    3/8

The torture by fire was definitely the worst: the victim was hung above a fire, which burntthe soles of the feet, and the jailers rubbed bacon and other combustible materials on theburning feet. The feet were burnt until the victim confessed "I am Christian ".

Holy catholic priests watched these scenes .

The name of St.Xavier happens to be well respected in ou r country and there are so manyeducational institutions dedicated to his name all over the country where our Hindu childrenreceive their education. These schools never tell us the truth.

St. Francis Xavier landed in Goa on 6 May 1542, with a resolve of uprooting paganism

from the soil of India and planting Christianity in its place. And so all plans of persecutionand oppression of the Hindus came along with him. All religious policies and procedures of forcible and fraudulent conversions and demolitions of the Hindu Temples and idols wereundertaken under his guidance and missionary zeal. Thus it was St.Francis Xavier who laidthe foundation for the compassionate (barbarous!) for an organized system of HolyInquisition against the Hindus in Goa and other parts of India. And a general massacre andextermination of the Brahmins. If there were no Brahmins in the area, all Hindus wouldaccept conversion to our faith.

No wonder the great German philosopher Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche [1844 1900], I callChristianity the one great curse of enormous and innermost perversion, A CURSE ONHUMANITY.

The atrocities committed by St. Francis Xavier and his disciples against the Hindus of Goaand other parts of India in the 16th century, he and his missionaries did not lag behind theIslamic iconoclastic zeal of Mohammadans of Ghazni in the 11th century, Malik-a-fur andTimur in the 14th century. They destroyed thousands of Hindu temples and places of worship in India in general and Goa in particular. The income of the lands belonging to theancient Hindu temples which had been destroyed applied to the upkeep of ChristianChurches and Christian Missionaries AFTER MUSLIMS.

ALL THIS HAPPENED FIRST BY MUSLIMS AND THEN BY CHRISTIANS TOHINDUUS ---

Anti-Hindu and Hindu Extermination Policy (like that of the Catholic Sonia -directed UPAsurrogate government of India today!!), the St. Pauls College was established andmaintained out of the income of the Hindu temples which had been destroyed. One daywhen he[ St. Francis Xavier ] heard that idols had been worshipped in the house of aconverted Christian, he ordered the hut to be burnt down as a warning to others (Source-Silva Rego Vol.I Page 158). and so are the miseries and the torture of Hindus ----

insist Lateral spiritually channeled cleansingTransform India. Remove Criminals in Parliament, accountability inJudiciary + Bureaucrats. Indian Paradox manages Given the enormity of the amountinvolved, the scandal related to spectrum allocation to mobile companies was the mother of all scams, the Supreme Court said Wednesday."This scam will put to shame all other scamsput together," said the apex court bench of Justice G.S. Singhvi and Justice A.K.Ganguly.The apex court made this observation when senior counsel K.K. Venugopal, appearing for the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), was citing various judgments of theapex court dealing with various scams. Venugopal sought to make a distinction betweenearlier scams and the spectrum scam saying that the investigating agency in this matter wasprobing the matter with expedition, efficiency and alacrity. In the instant case the court ishearing a petition by the Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) seeking courtmonitoring of the CBI investigation into the spectrum scandal. The hearing will continueThursday. For the first time after the 2002 Gujarat riots, there is evidence to suggest thatMuslims have voted in favour of an alliance that includes the BJP. There is a Soviet silenceon television these days. Beneath the noise of the 2G scam and the chaotic cacophony of Parliament lurks a deeper silence that haunts every minute of every channel. The decision toblank out the murky goings-on involving some of India's top names in journalism is a

  • 8/4/2019 Anarchy Tyranny Brings in Rule of Law Insist Lateral Spiritually Channeled Cleansing

    4/8

staggeringly significant one. To be sure, the silence pervades most of mainstream media butleaps out of television strikingly because of its tendency to pounce on stories of this kind. For television channels, otherwise willing to go to any lengths for the sake of eyeballs tocollaborate with each other in this way is quite unprecedented, and therefore particularlyrevealing.

It is impossible to deny that the issues raised by the recordings are very serious and meritdeep introspection and public debate. It is equally important that we refrain from passingsweeping instant judgments on the people involved. It is important to underline the fact thatthere is no evidence of any improper consideration being offered or accepted as it is toacknowledge that private conversations between any two people are likely to reveal facets of

their persona we are unlikely to see in their public postures. If any of our phoneconversations were made public, there would be, in most cases, more than enough groundfor embarrassment. Also, some of the conversations have nothing to do with any scam; anypleasure we derive out of them is purely voyeuristic.

But some facts are undeniable. The authenticity of the recordings have not been seriouslychallenged. The conversations on record show that senior journalists go way beyond thebrief of news gathering into news-making by brokering power. It is quite clear that corporateinterests are actively injected into the framing of news coverage. Lobbyists do not seem toplead for favourable coverage but issue instructions to journalists, including senior editors.Which are willingly listened to and in some cases, followed. And finally, when these facts

come to light, almost all of media clamps down and blanks out any coverage whatsoever .The clarifications issued by those allegedly involved so far have been terse and interestingly, have been largely focused on the internet, which is the only space where one can catch aglimpse of the widespread public outrage. Even here, none of the people concerned allow forany comments to be put on their sites. The attempt is to brazen it out by denying theexistence of any problem in what amounts to an Orwellian erasure of the present. What wehave here is in effect, a case of media issuing a massive vote of no-confidence in itself and ineverything it professes belief in. The desire to pursue the freedom of expression and thepublic's right to know has evaporated the moment the object of scrutiny is the media itself.

It is important to listen to the recordings and not go only by the transcripts, for the tonality of

these exchanges is quite revealing. There is an ease, a feeling of being on the same side thatpervades conversations between the media and the powerful. The eagerness to please isevident as is the thrill of being part of the world of such important people. In the last fewyears, journalists have become Big People who are most comfortable when dealing withother Big People. It is no coincidence that we have a 'summit' run by a media house that isunderway and which carries photographs of ornate looking journalists mingling with thebejewelled power elite described as 'the who's who enjoying free flowing conversation overa lavish spread of cocktails and sumptuous food'. Of course, this is hardly limited to any onemedia house every media organisation worth its name has something similar an eventwhich is designed to get cosy with powerful people and glamorous celebrities. In a deeper, more fundamental way, the interests of the media and the power elite have begun tocoincide. The media today is an exponent of power, rather than a watchdog over those whoexercise power as it is a participant in the culture of celebrity rather than its critic.

As a consequence, the media rarely attacks the truly powerful. It uses its power to isolate thevulnerable and trains its guns at them. The really powerful politicians are rarely put to swordand critical stories about the rich are almost unheard of. The interests of a few are lookedafter and the successful media people in turn lead lives of sponsored magnificence. A cozycircle drives the media agenda we see the same people on all the talk shows and it is nocoincidence that a large number of them appear on these tapes. The illusion of mediaactivism is created not by the incisiveness of the reportage but by its shrillness. A SureshKalmadi is much easier to attack than a Sharad Pawar and it takes no courage to go afterRuchika's molester. By going after easy targets and chasing symbolic issues rather thansubstantive ones, the media discourse is flattened; the aristocracy of banality flourishes evenas it schmoozes with each other.

Whichever way you look at it, there is no justification for the media to black out thiscontroversy. Of course, it must be careful about not casually besmirching the reputation of the individuals involved by ensuring that it uses the highest standards of fairness in itscoverage. But to argue that the issue does not merit coverage is untenable. If it feels noreservations about covering sting operations, which are flagrant violations of the privacy of those involved, it can surely not hide behind the privacy fig leaf. If the silence is attributed towanting to make absolutely sure that the tapes are authentic, then that principle should havebeen applied in other cases too. Also, no one has seriously challenged the authenticity of thetapes. And if, the silence is part of an unwritten code of protection that the media offers toitself, then it is time to dismantle that pact. Not only because it must treat itself in exactly the

same way as it treats others but because it is the right thing to do."

The BJP-JD(U) combine won 40 of 51 Assembly segments in seven minority concentrateddistricts (MCDs) of Bihar -- Araria (41.2% Muslim population), Kishanganj (67.8%), Purnea(36.9%), Katihar (42.8%, Sitamarhi (21.2%), West Champaran (21.5%) and Darbhanga(22.8%). The RJD- LJP combine, on the other hand, managed only five seats from these districts.TheBJP alone took 27 seats in these districts while 13 went to the JD (U).The victory margin of BJP-JDU candidates in most constituencies -- barring 12constituencies -- was over 10,000 votes. The Congress, which had come out with a special programme for 90 MCDs across thecountry after the Sachar Committee report on the plight of Muslims, won only three seats inthese 51 segments. The RJD too managed only three seats while ally LJP of Ram Vilas Paswan, who quit theBJP-led NDA government at the Centre after the Gujarat riots, had to make do with twoseats. Among the victors from the MCDs were three Independents.

That Lalu's M-Y politics is no longer a match-winner can also be gauged from the fact thatthe RJD stood second in only 17 constituencies while LJP managed the No. 2 position inonly eight. There was some consolation for the Congress though -- the party came second in eightconstituencies while Sharad Pawar's NCP stood second in four. Women in Bihar too turned

out in strength to vote this time. The overall voting percentage went up to 52.4 per cent from45.85 per cent in October 2005.Women participation stood at 54.85 per cent as against 50.77 per cent recorded for men inthis election. This is a clear departure from the past -- women participation in October 2005was 44.49 per cent as against 47.02 per cent for men. While there are no statistics to suggest that women turned out to vote in favour of the NitishKumar-led combine, it is being pointed out that his government reserved 50 per cent seatsfor women in local panchayats and offered bicycles to high school girls.Being nailed, INC led UPA 2 resists a JPC.On the same token People know BJP is notA Raja is gone but apparently his 40 thieves willhave better luck. The government does not appear very keen to cancel the licences of beneficiary companies in 2G spectrum scam. The caretaker telecom minister Kapil Sibal had

already indicated the government thinking. It appears they would be asked to pay a newgovernment-determined price and some penalty. And then, it is business as usual. This is themost astounding fallout in the biggest scam to have rocked the country.

Either the government just doesn't get it or there are still beneficiaries of the loot among thepeople left in power. These companies have been accomplices in a crime. Their liability isno less than that of A Raja and his cohorts. If they get away by simply paying a higher priceand some fines, we might actually feel sorry for Raja. Why did the country push for hisdeparture? We could have simply asked him to give back some of the booty and continue inoffice.

All sorts of reasons are being advanced to avoid cancelling the licences. It would lead tolitigation. It would result in disruption of services. Consumers would end up suffering. It isthe oldest trick in the trade. Create an innocent third party interest in your scam and let itstand. When a builder violates norms, he says let the building be because if it is razed, innocent owners of property in it would suffer. Somebody wrongly admits more thanauthorized number of students in his college and then asks university to regularize it becauseotherwise innocent students would lose a year.

It is a false argument. It must not be allowed this time. Letting the companies continue afterpaying a fine would amount to letting off the thief if he agrees to return the stolen material.

Not only should the licences be cancelled but also the companies should face prosecution fortheir acts. If this means disruption in service for some consumers, so be it. Now numberportability is being rolled out. They can be accommodated in the networks of state-runMTNL and BSNL with their old number until they decide which operator they want to bewith.

If the roll-out investment goes waste, no sweat. We should even be prepared to lose a pointor so in GDP growth in order to rid ourselves of the cancer of corruption. Because corruptionitself is costing us a lot more in economic growth. Also, the cancelling of licences should beimmediate. Not after another long-drawn investigations after each party's guilt is preciselyestablished. There is prima facie evidence of wrongdoing and it must invite swift andeffective action. Maybe, some companies would be wronged. They would be free toapproach the courts with their grievance. But then, the onus would be on them to prove theirinnocence.

For far too long corruption has remained a low-risk, low-cost game in the country. Scamstersare rarely caught. If caught they are rarely punished. After the triple blows of CWG, Adarsh, and 2G scams, this must no longer be true. People are now at the end of their tolerance. If efforts are now made to shield the guilty, their anger might explode. On the other hand, sucha mood of public offers a golden opportunity for political parties to deal with the corruptamong their ranks stringently (BJP, are you listening about a certain Yeddyurappa inKarnataka?) and win popular support.

Also, the Manmohan Singh government, which has so far treated DMK in general and Rajain particular with great deal of indulgence, should not even think of giving back telecomportfolio to the party. We must remember that DMK backed Raja until the very end. Itagreed to his departure only under extreme pressure. At the very least, it indicatessympathies for perpetrators of the scam. At worst, it means the party was also fully complicitwith him. In either case, it could not be given charge of the same ministry. Anyrepresentative of the party there would seek to hamper the ongoing investigations.

The scam has already got the office of prime minister under a cloud. Only very decisive andunambiguous action now would help lift it."far behind in scams. In the case of: Bofors payoff JPC got constituted after Parliament stalled

for 45 days, in Harshad Mehta's scam after 17 days, in Ketan Parekh's case after 15 days &in 2G we are on the 10th day. Data from Mint page 4, 24 Nov 10. The companies are also aparty to the scam. They must have paid heavily to Raja and perhaps the PM and theCongress party President, Sonia Gandhi to profit from this scam. All these funds are used towin elections for the DMK and the Congress party. A thorough investigation is required bythe Joint Parliamentary Committee. The very fact that the Congress party and the DMK arenot agreeable to have the investigation by such a Committee proves their guilt. If theGovernment was clean, it would have agreed to JPC and allowed the Parliament to run. So,under whosoever's charge, the Telecom Ministry is put, the scams in that Ministry would goon unless a deterrent action is taken.

In JPC's, Minister can be summoned & files & documents sought even from PMs Office.

Its results can have an effect on Assembly elections in 2011 in Kerala, West Bengal,Tamil Nadu & Assam. Also keeping in view that defanged CBI, CVC, PAC, Judiciary gotineffective; a JPC which is constituted to investigate a particular issue & has a fixed termis the rightful choice & has Peoples support.Civil Society sees the Rising Star in Bihar, CM Nitish Kumar, as a candidate for Higherresponsibilities. On Nov. 26, 2008, the day after Thanksgiving, 10 extremists from a Pakistan-based terroristgroup killed more than 170 people and wounded more than 300 others, including Hindus,Jews, Christians and Muslims in attacks on two luxury hotels, a train station, a caf and othersites.

The terrorists assaulted th e citys Chabad Jewish center, killing six people, including four Israelis. The only surviving perpetrator, Ajmal Kasab, told police they targeted Israelis toavenge the atrocities on Palestinians.

Israel sent paramedics and other rescue personnel to Mumbai and the two countries steppedup cooperation to prevent future attacks.

With a population of 1.2 billion people, India is the worlds largest democracy and hasupgraded its relationship with Israel significantly in the last two decades since renewingdiplomatic relations in 1992. India and Israel have joined in counterterrorism efforts andincreased trade and economic ties, and Israeli high-tech companies and start-ups areincreasingly outsourcing much of their development to India. In agriculture, cooperationencompasses water management, dairy farming, horticulture and floriculture. Additionally,India and Israel have expanded tourism and cultural exchanges.

India and Israel have stepped up security and military coordination as Islamist extremistterrorism has taken a major toll on both countries. Terrorism has been responsible for moredeaths in India than in any other country besides Iraq. More than 700 Israeli civilians lost

their lives to terrorism during the Second Palestinian Intifada from 2000-2005.India has also increasingly turned to Israel for advanced weapons systems, and today Israelis one of the largest suppliers of defense equipment to India. Indian Minister of State forCommerce and Industry Jyotiradithya Scindia called the India-I srael alliance a relationship

between two souls in February 2010.

Israeli-Indian trade has grown, from $80 million in 1991 to about $4 billion in 2008. Indiaand Israel signed five significant trade and economic agreements from 1993-1996, andnegotiations on a free- trade agreement began in earlier this year when Peres met with Indiascommerce minister. On an official visit to India in January 2010, Israeli Trade and LaborMinister Binyamin Ben- Eliezer said, It is one of the aims of my visit here to tr y to push [a

free-trade agreement with India] as much as possible. It is progressing quite well and I hopeit will happen very soon.

Many Israeli high-tech firms are outsourcing part or all of their development to India inorder to remain competitive and setting up production facilities there. Tel Aviv-basedirrigation company Netafim has opened two factories in India, its second biggest market.
