Health, Safety and Environment Policy It is Anak Emas Sdn. Bhd. (Anak Emas) policy that Health, Safety, working environment, and environment protection shall be given high priority and due attention throughout planning and execution of all activities in which ISSB is involved. SAFETY POLICY We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for our personnel and to ensuring due consideration is given to safety in our work. We will: Accomplish our activities with competent, adequately trained personnel. Comply with all applicable health and safety laws and regulations. The responsibility for application of this policy rests all personnel. DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY Anak Emas Sdn. Bhd. asserts that the use or possession of intoxicants or non-prescribed drugs by any person on Anak Emas Sdn. Bhd. premises, or working in the premises of its Clients, is prohibited. Persons found in possession of, or under the influence of, such materials shall be removed immediately from the workplace and shall not be permitted to return. Anak Emas Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to conduct search of the person and possessions of all persons found to be on the premises of Innate Synergy Sdn. Bhd. Any person who refuses to comply with such a search shall be removed from the premises and not permitted to return. ENVIRONMENT POLICY Our policy is to minimize environmental impact in the execution of our work. We will: Observe statutory requirements, which endeavour to protect the environment. Implement enhanced environmental protection requirements. Keep abreast of developing technologies, which aim to protect and remedy adverse effects on the environment. Promote energy efficiency and conservation of resources. Promote environmental awareness amongst our personnel. Health, Safety and working environment is a line management responsibility which will be ensured through proper organization and adequate procedural/administrative measures. All employees will be kept updated of the health and safety aspects and the environment within Anak Emas. Anak Emas recognizes the statutory obligations placed on it, in Malaysia, by the Environmental Quality Act 127 (1974) and the Occupational, Health, safety and Environment Act 514 (1994) and meet the spirit of ISO 14001 environmental standard. _______________________ Abdul Rahman Bin Hassan Director
