It was a cold Nov. 15 evening thus we had to move them indoors… plan B

Re-form the line in-doorsWe had to change our plans slightly as over 300 attendees indicated we would run out of food, handouts, prizes, etc… Thus “per household was announced for materials and prizes.

Each Sub-committee offered an overview, talked about 1st 72 hours, asked for input and to come & chat in the cafeteria over dessert following the presentation, plus door prizes…

Dessert and more pizza helped, people stayed and waiting to chat with DES and committee members
