    Institutional Framework

The Climate Change Section is under the

    Environment Department.

Climate change issues are tangled with overall

environment issues. There is a need to establish a separate unit for

    climate change.

There is a great need to link and network with

    the international communities working on

    climate change and related issues.

    Country Need for Assistance/Support

    Financial support

    Technical support

Assistance as recurrent budget is unable to fund

any of the climate change activities

Climate change projects manifest the financial

support needed; the question is of its adequacy.

    We all know the answer.
