• Plan a 24-week training schedule utilising YCI toolkit – 60% practical & 40% classroom• Provide classroom training (e.g. computer literacy, English lessons, career development)• Teach and mentor students• Oversee programme and liaise with YCI regional coordinator, local NGO partner and other
