So, What’s in CORD?
CORD is both hardware and software - all of which is open. A CORD POD is a BoM for a development and test environment that will run CORD. CORD software is a distribution of ONOS, XOS, OpenStack and example applications that provide the functions needed to support a variation. Variations on CORD are envisioned that add applications and equipment that supports: Broadband, Mobility, Metro Ethernet and Analytics.
