The Aerospace Industry Challenge
The Aerospace Industry Challenge
• Shortage of trained technical graduates with the skills to work in complex systems of communication, autonomy, advanced manufacturing processes, robotics and artificial intelligence
• Impending retirement of a skilled, aging workforce represent significant workforce challenges for the aerospace industry
• In aerospace and defense, security requirements dictate that most design work on military systems must be done by a U.S. System
Need to enhance the local talent pipeline and upscale new training methods.
