These controls are designed to control safety and provide temperature regulation for defrost control, compressors and evaporator fans. As we move towards ozone depleting components and global warming potential, these can provide explosion proof type devices such as capillary controls, lamps, door switches, fan motors and timers that can interact with flammable gases such as R600 or R290. Thermostats can be charged with hydrocarbon which is a small amount of gas that is environmentally safe and built in accordance to IEC-60079-15. Capillary Type • Precise temperature control • High contact capacity 20 amp resistive, 25FLA/100LRA • Temperature ranges -31°F to 104°F or fixed temperature • All steel case and cover construction • Drop in replacement • Narrow tolerances and differentials • Accessories such as; Knobs, dials, plates, screws, insulation sleeves Key Features Moisture Resistant • Defrost control/Frost free • Sealed ½” or ¾” disc thermostat • Snap action bimetal disc • SPST or SPDT switching • High contact capacity, 10amp or 25amp • Surface mounting or tube/pipe mount • Customizable terminations and wires Selco developed this control for use by a specific customer.
