An echo of aggression from developing countries: a source for further unrest in world

I was always curious to know the key of attention and I found it hard enough to get any specific or conclusive answer. There is no doubt in it that concentration or focus is the one crucial and significant part of a life to achieve success.

But, one can easily appreciate that peripheral factors in life facilitate distractibility and exhaustion. From Peripheral factors, I mean environmental, social, interpersonal, financial, physical, spiritual and off course socio-economical. Considering the world as a place of pandemonium in which we are happen to exit. It depends as how one can sort out ways to preserve focus in long run!!

Human mind is a pack of fix amount of energy at each moment. There are various ways to boost energy through relaxation, sleep, exercise and innovation or change. Through these means we are able to expand the volume of our energy in any given moment. We are able to control or gauge our attention.

In most of the third world countries, the mental reservoir of positivity and creativity seep out in the form of aggression/violence. These said behaviors are secondary to:-

1. Physical deprivation2. Injustice3. Chronic stressors of personal and occupational nature4. Poor fulfillment of basic Maslows triangle of need

It is wrong to comment that the low prevalence of tolerance and creativity in third-world countries is secondary to dearth of passion and learning. Socio-cultural factors have vital roles in grooming thoughts, behaviors and cognitive attitudes. Major role in this aspect was also played by observational learning and learnt helplessness. These factors have further deepened the sense of frustration.

Culture of aggression

This culture has major impact on developing brains and social attitudes. It facilitates extremism; it corners tolerance and wisdom from mainstream thoughts in any given population. Here, with this framework, values, ethics and morality changes and it gives rise to different sets of rules.

The chronicity of traumatic series of events and deprivation imparts through brutality, apathy and callous behaviors. The arrest in cognitive, social, emotional and moral development is partly due to the lack of positivity in perception and acceptance. What good can acceptance offer to us in these situations! Acceptance not only diminishes emotional turmoil in limbic area of brain but also it would encourage problem-solving part to get activated. Biologically, problem solving attitudes have got its basics in prefrontal cortex.

Global empathy

The network of social violence and its aftermath can only be understood by a thorough study of socio-economical strata in developing countries. Unfortunately, Cyber-bullying, criticisms, demeaning attitudes and accountability have been a major channel of communication between two poles of a globe (developed and developing/under-developed countries) It can never be a good idea to provoke and use this weak vein of middle to low income counties in social media, to denounce, deprecate or blame them for the present shortcomings.

Careful case studies of the antisocial personalities to injustice-driven perpetrators would show parental conflicts, abuse, social disharmony, violence, rejection and scarcity of survival resources in developmental history.

The focus of journalism and reporting can be shifted from holding blames to inspection of triggers. It can alter many challenging situations for the world. The preventive and protective resources can be extended by anticipation of moral, social and political crisis. People at large can be served in a better way in terms of treatment, equality and justice.
