Angel Macaroon Kisses (Allergy Alert: Recipe contains nuts) Ingredients: 1 Angel Food cake mix 1/2 c. strawberry flavored carbonated beverage 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups shredded coconut 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, mix the cake, beverage, and extract. Beat with mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in coconut and walnuts. Drop by teaspoon onto foil 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown. Variation: You can drizzle these with chocolate, if desired.

Paper Plate Angel Materials: Paper plate Pencil Scissors Stapler Crayons

Directions: On the underside of a paper plate draw an angel's head in the center of the plate. Cut away 1/3 of the paper plate where the top of the angel's head is drawn. Discard the piece that is cut off. Decorate the rest of the plate with crayons, and give the angel eyes and hair with crayons. Overlap the edges of the angel's skirt slightly and staple it into place.
