The young dynamic Civil Engineer from NIT Calicut who did his M-Tech from prestigious IIT Khadagpur, did his MBA & Law from Patna. He started his career with NTPC, NPCC and worked with Bihar Civil Services.

Executive Director, Mr Shiv Priya, an outstanding civil engineer with MBA in construction management has an experience of over a decade with several multinational construction companies based in Japan, Malaysia and India. A master planner spearheading

construction, planning, financial and budgetary controls. With experience of implementing projects of more than Rs.400 crore, he has been instrumental in infusing latest technological development in the construction activities of the group.

Director, Mr. Ajay Kumar, an unassuming personality who is responsible from the point of land acquire to completion of projects. He is sharp as ever even when he is handling eleven projects at a time. No one can afford to beat him on his professional competence and value engineering.
