site. on contacting the phone no given at time

of registering complaint it was revealed that

the number belonged to Jaunapur Vill and not

Sultanpur as mentioned in the complaint. Also

the person revealed that he was not Bhushan

(complainant) and that he was Rajkumar.

Further Rajkumar stated that he had not amde

any complaint although the phone no

mentioned was his. The area was inspected

thoroughly and no tree was found cut. A semi

permanent cattle shed was being made but no

trees were cut. Mr Rajkumar was asked to

come to the site and he also gave a statement
