The basement slab is designed to accommodate tempo sized delivery and service vehicles. These vehicles can comfortably drive to each tower of the project while remaining underground.

We chose to improve the industry norm by removing surface parking along the boundary wall. This enabled the design of a ventilation slit for the basement; which runs almost the entire length of the boundary wall.

It cost us more to create a vehicular free podium level. All our parking is underground. Most big builders compromise on technology and lower build cost by placing surface parking along the boundary wall.

8.5 ACRE TRAFFIC FREEPODIUMWe engineered the podium to be vehicular free; this improves air quality, reduces noise and makes it safer for your children.

Built and ready to use, the project has moved past the teething stage. The upkeep and routine operations of the project are stable. There is an upside to moving into a functioning development.
