Findlay Mustang Club Award: $500 Award for Tools or Books

Criteria: Applicant must be a graduating senior from Millstream enrolled in an auto program. Applicant must have excellent school attendance and demonstrate excellent work habits and employability skills.

Allison Kuhlman Memorial Scholarship Award: $1000 Award

Criteria: Applicant must be a graduating senior from Millstream enrolled in the Teaching Profession program. Applicant must have excellent school attendance and demonstrate excellent work habits and employability skills.

Garner Trucking Scholarship Award: $1000 Award for tuition with a second year $1000 renewable scholarship+ a part­

time job at Garner while in school

Criteria: Applicant must be a graduating senior from Millstream enrolled in an auto program. Applicant must have excellent school attendance, 2.0 GPA and demonstrate excellent work habits and employability skills. Qualifications also include: • Attend an accredited diesel technology school • Highly motivated individual willing to work and attend school simultaneou sly • Have a passion for die sel/Class 8 engines

Bradley W. Wentz Scholarship Award: $200 Award

Criteria: Applicant must plan to attend to attend college or secondary school in the fall awarded on the basis of evidence of strong character and motivation as seen in the students life outside of school. See application attached.

Fox Run Scholarship Award: Two- $500 Award

Criteria: Applicant must currently be enrolled in Med Tech program for 2 years and have a GPA at or above a 2 .5. Must be pursuing a career in health care. See Ms. Treece for application.

Culinary Scholarship Award: $500 Award

Criteria: Applicant must currently be enrolled in the culinary program for 2 years and have a GPA at or above a 2.5. Must be pursuing a career in the culinary field .

Job & Family Services Scholarship Award: $500 Award
