    Objective: To clearly communicate how to spend stimulus funds and what

    ongoing specific progress is underway. A variety of communications tools and

    resources will be used for effective community outreach.

    Purpose:

    To inform Citrus, Levy, and Marion Counties unemployed residents of the three

    million plus dollars available for education and training under the Recovery Act.

    To inform youth ages from 14 24 age of the funding available for summer

    training programs.

    To the general public about the Green Jobs Initiative.
