For the benefit of those who pass APA’s exams and courses, the American Payroll Association participates in the American Council on Education’s (ACE) Transcript Service. The ACE Transcript Service offers a lifelong record for students who have successfully completed our exams and courses that have been reviewed by ACE CREDIT. This service enables adult learners to present a nationally recognized transcript to the college or university of their choice for the potential award of academic credit. We have registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy to meet the requirements of the continuing professional education rules covering maintenance of attendance records, retention of program outlines, qualifications of instructors, program content, physical facilities and length of class hours. Recertification Credit Hours (RCHs) are provided for APA courses, seminars, and conferences. One RCH is provided for each 60 minutes of educational instruction.
