American Government Storing Guillotines on U.S. Military Bases to Use on American Citizens might sound like a conspiracy theory and it is, just without the theory. Here are the facts.

Yes, it is true that hundreds of detention facilities have been constructed in the United States of America in the last couple of decades. These facilities all have guard towers and razor wire pointing inward around the grounds of these mostly empty facilities. FEMA has been linked to the construction and oversight of these massive detention facilities.

Billions of dollars have been spent to build these state-of-the-art facilities, which have not been made operational. Why? What are these detention facilities going to be used for and more importantly, for whom were they built to detain?

There have been many curious theories being discussed on the internet and on conspiracy websites such as AlexJones.com and PrisonPlanet.com just to name two of these sites; as to why and for what purpose these largely non-operational government facilities will be used for in the very near future.
