As an Ambassador, you are a representative of IIN out in the world and play an

integral part in spreading the ripple effect of health and happiness across the globe.

You’re on the front lines with the power to make a difference, one person at a time .

You now have access to a number of continuing education webinars, a supportive com-

munity, and the opportunity to receive a referral reward for each person you inspire to

enroll at IIN .

What follows is everything you need to know about being a part of the Ambassador Network, so read carefully and save this link so you can easily refer back to it .

Where to Start

1. Join the Ambassador Facebook Group to instantly connect with our community and get the latest

IIN and Ambassador news .

2. Visit ShareIIN.com to learn everything you need to know about referring and the

Ambassador Network . Bookmark our blog and check it often for IIN updates and exclusive

Ambassador offers .

3. Set a goal for how many people you want to inspire each month . Each time you inspire

someone to enroll at IIN you’ll receive a referral reward based on the Ambassador levels below .

Use your reward to grow your business, gift it as a scholarship to a friend, or hey, just treat

yourself to something special .

In addition to cash rewards, as you inspire more and more people, you’ll also earn gift rewards to

improve your business or nourish your primary foods . See what rewards await you.

How to Inspire Referrals

1. Listen: This is the most important yet often overlooked step . Wherever you go and whoever

you meet, let people know you’re a Health Coach . Then, stop talking, and listen to what the

other person says . Do they have minor health concerns, like losing a few pounds, but are

happy overall? This person might make a good client .

Are they already involved in a holistic profession and are curious to learn more? Do they have

bigger health concerns and are looking for a new way of thinking? Do they have a job they

absolutely hate? These people might be good referrals .

2. Speak from the heart: When someone asks, share your IIN experience . You can talk about

your health transformation, your favorite part of the curriculum, or how you’re using your IIN

education now . That’s entirely up to you so don’t worry about hitting any talking points and just

speak from the heart .

3. Share our resources: If your friends are interested, they’ll want to know more . Below are some

common questions with suggestions on resources that you can send to help answer them .

What will I learn? / What is IIN? / What is a Health Coach?

The IIN Program Guide outlines our curriculum, introduces the world-renowned nutrition

experts who teach our classes, and showcases what’s possible with an IIN education by

highlighting the different career paths of successful graduates .

What is online learning like? The 15-minute student experience webinar will help your friends get a feel for online

learning and what it’s like to be a student at IIN .

What can I do after IIN? / What kind of career will I have? The Career Starter Kit will help them envision a career as a Health Coach by providing a

number of resources including Joshua’s complete Integrative Nutrition eBook .

4. Introduce IIN: When your friend is ready to speak to someone at IIN, introduce him or her to

Coach Julia via email .

You can use an email template and simply CC coachjulia@integrativenutrition.com.

Julia and her team will answer any remaining questions and can

set up an appointment with an admissions representative .

She’ll also ensure you’re listed as that person’s referrer so you

are eligible to receive a referral reward if they enroll . If you don’t

introduce your friend to us via email, make sure they mention your

name as their referrer upon enrollment .

5. Follow up: Make sure to check in with your referrals to follow up on what they think of the

program and to offer your support . We’ll send you an email reminder but you can always check

on the status of your referrals on your Referral Tracker, and you can also reach out for a

follow-up via phone or email when you feel comfortable .

Broaden your network: If you already have some referring experience and want to take it to the

next level, check out the Referrals Workshop for the perfect guide on rocking the ripple effect to

groups of potential referrals .

Spruce up your website: Add an Integrative Nutrition Banner to your website or blog .

When someone clicks on your banner they will receive exciting content like seasonal recipe guides

or Joshua’s eBook after they enter their contact information . These banners can make your site look

professional, and you are eligible for a $100 eReferral credit if someone clicks on your banner and

later enrolls .

Connect

Above all, the Ambassador Network is a community . We encourage you to get involved and network

with other Ambassadors to share your experience and collectively inspire change . You never know

who could be your future business partner!

Facebook: The Ambassador Facebook Group is a great way to meet and connect with fellow

Ambassadors as well as Ambassador Network staff .

Every weekday between 4 and 5pm EST, you can let us know what exciting things you’re up

to and ask us questions directly on the Ambassador Network Facebook wall . Don’t have any

thing to share? Join us anyway and be inspired by what your peers are up to .

Mastermind Group: To make friends while getting down to business and accomplishing your

goals, join an Ambassador Mastermind Group. You’ll meet new people, learn from each other,

and be guided by one of our most successful Ambassadors .

Ambassador Blog: When you’re ready, let us know the amazing things you’re accomplishing so

Track Your Referrals

We make it convenient and easy for you to stay informed about the status of your referrals after

you’ve introduced them to IIN .

1 . We’ll send you email notifications to confirm:

•whenwehavereceivedyourintroductionstoIIN

•whenoneofyourreferralshasenrolled

•whenyourreferralrewardpaymentisontheway

2.YoucancheckonthestatusofyourreferralsatanytimebygoingtotheReferral Tracker.

Click on the ID# of any individual person to see the reward value you have earned, along with

the estimated date of when you can expect your reward check to arrive .

3 . Referral rewards are processed within 90 days of your referrals’ enrollment date, assuming your

referralhasremainedintheprogram.Ifyourreferrallevelhasqualifiedyoutoreceiveanadditional

gift,you’llbenotifiedviaemailandgiveninstructionsonhowtomakeyourgiftselection.
