Canada Day Canad Day Picnic in the Park Friday, July 1st 2011 Assiniboine Park – The Lyric Stage Ambassadors hope you are all ready to celebrate Canada Day Folklorama style! The shifts are 1:00pm – 3:30pm and 3:30pm – 6:00pm Cultural attire required and pavilion sash. Please note during your shift ambassadors should not be accompanied by friends or family. All ambassadors must register at the Folklorama tent at the beginning of your shift and remember to sign out too. Please refer to the map for tent location. If you are driving to the event please use the Park ‘n, Ride facility, please see poster. Most of the park will be closed off for public parking.
