Overview of Privileged Identity Management(CyberArk):

The Cyber-Ark's Privileged Identity Management (PIM) Suite, a full life-cycle solution for managing the most privileged accounts in the enterprise, enables organizations to secure, provision, manage, control and monitor all activities associated with all types of Privileged Identities such as administrator on a Windows server, Root on a UNIX server, Cisco Enable on a Cisco device, as well as embedded passwords found in applications and scripts.

Components Of CyberArk:

1. Enterprise Password Vault(EPV) – To secure, manage, automatically change and log all activities associated with all types of Privileged Passwords.

2. Central Policy Manager(CPM) – For Auto-managing the password of all the shared accounts.3. Applicaton Identity Manager(APM) – To Store and manage the hard coded password of the

Project #2 Access Control Framework (ACF)

Objective:

The objective of this project was to provide Role based request and provisioning interface using OIM with different type of users like Employee, pre-employee, contractors, partners and according to employee type provision the applications to users.

Tasks / Responsibilities Undertakenen:

1. Installing and configuring the Oracle Identity Manager and configuring the different target resources (AD, LDAP, Exchange) to OIM.

2. Onboarding the catalogs for adding the users in target resources (AD,LDAP,Exchange) in Access control framework.

3. Handling the client issue like failure in Credential notification task, Disable user notification task, User creation issue, resource provisioning and Deprovisioning issue.

4. Developing the Code in JDeveloper for performing the above updating the User Login update, email update etc in oracle Identity Manager, Database and target (AD, LDAP, Exchange).

5. Have developed the Approval Policy in SOA as well as worked on UI Customization, Event Handler, Scheduler, Access Policy, Roles.

Overview of Privileged Access Management:

PAM is mainly used for privileged password management and privileged session management.

Quest One Privileged Password Manager (PPM) automates, controls and secures the entire process of granting administrators the credentials necessary to perform their duties. Privileged Password Manager ensures that when administrators require elevated access, that access is granted according to established policy, with appropriate approvals, that all actions are fully audited and tracked and that the password is changed immediately upon its return. Quest One Privileged Session Manager (PSM) provides session control, proxy, audit, recording and replay of high-risk users, including administrators, remote vendors and others. It provides a single point of control from which you can authorize connections, limit access to specific resources, view active connections, record all activity, alert if connections exceed pre-set time limits and terminate connections.

Support/Maintenance: 1. Onboarding the Service accounts for different platform like Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle Database under their respective servers.

2. Allowing the Session and Password Management for the service accounts.3. Fixing the issue like Session is not working, Password is not changing for every request.4. providing the roles to the users like PPM requestor, PSM requestor etc as per their requirements.5.
