1. Fellowship by the numbers

The Amal fellowship is a 3-month business program that accelerates lifelong learning, self-starting and problem solving, with the goal of fellowship securing a quality job. (The following infographic includes some early results)

2. fellowship highlights During the 3-month fellowship, fellows invest more than 75 hours in person sessions, which are a combination of role plays, simulations, case studies to develop the business and professional skills that will help them to be successful in their professional lives. Currently, we have 4 batches (120+ fellows) and sessions are held at PU and Amal campus (opposite Gymkhana) and in May, we finished 3 batches at PU, UET ad Amal campus.

In addition to sessions, there are more than 75 hours of out of class learning which involves online courses, and project work. Our team has developed these learning experiences and tools in house on topics including resume, cover letter, problem solving, research. 3. Amal team highlights

We are a lean and fast growing team comprising of LUMS, IBA, PU, Fulbright and Acumen fellows, and really passionate to contribute towards the youth development in Pakistan.

4. Upcoming plans

Our goal is to reach 750 fellows by end of 2016, and we are planning to launch 7 Batches in the Fall semester applications for the next 7 batches in mid-August. The applications would be accessible on amalacademy.org/apply starting in August, and anyone looking for a job/internship is eligible to apply.
