• The first column shows the base fare, YR, YQ and other taxes.

• The 2nd column shows the portion of the base fare that is used, therefore if the base fare and used segment base fare columns are the same then there is no unused segments. Where the used column is less than the base fare then there are unused segment for that airline.

_ The Top Supplier Spend dashboard has been enhanced to provide a flight transaction value broken down by cabin type. Anomalies previously associated with manual hotel and car rates have been corrected. The currency filter now includes codes associated with the hotel and car segments.

_ The downloaded panel data includes updated headings in the CSV output.

_ There are 2 columns in the graph per airline.

• The first column shows the previous period data. If the date range selected is one week, then the data in the first column is for the previous week. If the date range selected is one month, then the data in the first column is for the previous month etc.

The columns show the data for each cabin ie Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First, Suites.

• The second column shows the data for the selected date range period.

The report is based on ticket data for flight data using the ticket segment start date for the date selection criteria. Total ticket value (including taxes) is used. For non flight data, the report is

based on reservation data using the segment start date for the date selection criteria.

Airline Target ForecastDashboard

This dashboard is to assist with determining how an organization is tracking towards it’s targets. The display shows the following data:

• Ticketed Flown data – this represents segment value where the segment date is past and the segment was not part of a void, refund or unused segment action.

• Ticketed data – this represents segment value where the segment date is not past date.

• Un-ticketed Forecast data – this represents the proportion of future un-ticketed that past conversion statistics indicate will actually be converted to a ticket.

• For example, if there are 100 un-ticketed segments and in the past, the conversion rate is 50% then 50% of the value (or count) will be included into the graph.

• Target – this is the total target for the date range selected.

Note that this dashboard is only relevant where target tracking is set on for suppliers and only applies to

flight suppliers.

The dropdown list shows for the flight suppliers where targets have been set.
