The Elite Clubs National League Boys is a development, identification, and

competition platform for top youth male soccer players in the United States.

For three years, the ECNL Boys has worked to positively impact the youth soccer

landscape and enhance the player experience.

Built on a foundation of respect and empowerment of grassroots leadership, the

ECNL Boys combines the power of collaboration with forward-thinking strategy to

make the day-to-day environment better for everyone involved.

Our mission to Raise the Game changes the youth soccer landscape through innovative, player-centered programs that raise standards of quality and experience in all aspects of the game.

CONFERENCE SUPERCUPThe Conference SuperCup is a club-based competition for the top players in each Conference across multiple age groups.

THE ECNL BOYS SELECTION PROGRAM

PLAYER IDENTIFICATIONThe purpose of the ECNL Selection Program is to identify, develop, and reward top players in the country.

Conference Selection Programs (CSPs):● Approximately 600 players across 10 events (1 per conference)● Players are selected based on performance in ECNL competitions and coach recommendations● Each ECNL CSP occurs over two days and includes training sessions and matches● All players receive PUMA training gear● The ECNL covers the cost of participation, excluding travel costs and meals for players

ECNL National Training Camp (NTC):● Players train and compete with the best athletes in the country and learn from the country’s top

coaches. ● There is no cost to players aside from travel to and from the camp. ● Lodging, meals and training gear are provided by the ECNL and PUMA.

ECNL All-Conference Teams:● Awarded at the U15, U16, U17 and U18/U19 age groups● Conference Player of the Year at each of the four age groups
