an Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate with Renunciation of Shares,

Donation and Deed of Absolute Sale./ %here they a*reed, amon*

In the li*ht of these considerations, %e cannot hold the petitioner

lia#le for other forms of s%indlin* under Article ./1, para*raph /

of the Re"ised Penal Code a#sent a 5ndin* that she employed

fraud or deceit in the form of false pretenses %ith re*ard to her

o%nership of the real property sold
