and durable. To ensure durability,

cross bracing comes standard on

each aluminum frame, and each dock

is constructed using only the finest

marine grade aluminum and under

the highest marine industry quality

standards. Also, our system is virtually

maintenance free, affording you more

time to enjoy your new dock.

Furthermore, we can customize your

dock. You can choose from a wide

range of decking including treated

pine, aluminum, ipe, and composite,

and optional accessories include the

installation of rubrails, cleats, pile

guides, ladders, railings, and power

pedestals. Additionally, when you

place an order with us, you can expect

it to be completed in a timely fashion

and to your specifications.

an aluminum frame and a wooden

one, take the following details into

consideration. First, an aluminum

frame dock does not distort like a

wooden frame dock will. Second, the

docks are easier on your anchoring

The valuable time you spend on the water should be as easy and as effort-less as possible. At Carolina Water-works we recognize that this time is important to you. Let’s face it, there are only two days in the weekend and holiday time is limited, so we have de-veloped docking systems to minimize the time you spend moving in and out of the water.

Our Safe Haven Systems provide easy and effortless access to the water. They are manufactured using only state of the art materials to ensure the highest levels of quality and durability. The outer shell is molded linear low - density polyethylene. –Translation- This material is extremely impact and weather resistant. Also, we use light colors for our outer shell, making our Safe Haven Systems kind to bare feet. In addition, our docking systems offer unsurpassed stability when launch-

ing, docking, or walking around on the spacious non-skid deck.

The added stability is due to the core being filled with foam flotation, so our docking systems will remain more level than other cube style lifts when in use. And with every use, you will grow to ap-preciate the easy and effortless access to the water that the Safe Haven Systems provide. Additionally, installation is a snap, and your lift can be front or side mounted to your dock using our secure attachment system. It’s that easy- your system is complete and ready to use.

To launch your watercraft, simply slide off and drive away. And when you are ready to return to your favorite port of call, simply target the bow guide, drive on, and walk away. While docked, you can refuel, wash your watercraft, per-form maintenance, or just enjoy the view.

Also, you will no longer waste time and money removing marine growth from your watercraft, because it is securely docked out of the water. In addition, you can look forward to years of trou-ble free operation from the Safe Haven Systems.

If you purchase a larger or heavier boat, we offer extensions and additional bunk heights to meet your changing needs. The extensions will accommo-date most boats, the Harbor, Retreat 2 & Refuge lines feature an air assist system to aid in launching or docking most of the heavier boats.

The impact resistant high density polyethylene shell is 3/16” thick filled with expanded polystyrene foam for the most reliable flotation. Thick wear resistant polyethylene tube is molded into the shell. Standard buoy is white with a reflective blue strip. Additional colors, graphics, reflective tape and ballast are available. All buoys have a two year warranty.

Our mooring buoys were designed for those who value and desire quality, dependability, and ease of use. Each buoy has a tough impact resistant high-density polyethylene shell that extends the life of the buoy, because the shell is much more resistant to collisions than the PVC or Urethane shell used by many of our competitors. Also, a polyethylene shell is very resistant to damage from UV rays and most unpredictable temperature changes. Obviously, the benefits of the polyethylene shell are quality and dependability.

In addition, our method of flotation is very reliable. Each buoy is filled with styrene foam that performs better in freezing conditions than the urethane foam used by some of our competition. Under freezing conditions, if water seeps into a buoy containing urethane foam flotation, as the buoy thaws the urethane foam will turn to mush and no longer provide flotation. On the other hand, a buoy using styrene flotation will long endure such temperature changes before losing any buoyancy.

Another important feature unique toour line is the wear resistant polyethylene tube that is molded directly into each buoy. PVC pipes are commonly used in other buoys, and they are loosely attached. Also, polyethylene resists marine growth much better than the PVC, therefore our buoy line helps extend the life of ground tackle. In conclusion, our mooring buoys offer quality, dependability, and ease of use.

We offer the most advanced line of easily installed dock floats with maximum lift capacity. For the waterfront resident, boaters, and marinas, our floats are constructed of thick-walled rotationally molded polyethylene shell that encapsulates expanded polystyrene - the finest flotation material available today. The thick polyethylene shell is impact resistant and will also resist damage from marine life. The expanded

polystyrene has 1 lb. – 1.5 lbs. density and will pass a 5% maximum absorption test

We also have the best warranty in the business, a full 12 years, and this is your assurance of quality performance. The thick walled plastic

float case is packed with EPS that is environmentally approved and exceeds all new government regulations.
