The Effects of Gestalt Therapy?

• we are able to understand ourselves and to choose whether we want to make changes or not

•  we are usually identified with only one side of an internal conflict

• if we can get in touch with both sides, the difficulty can be resolved without force, the solution just unfolds naturally
