CAD INTERFACES
• 3D CAD geometry files contain data about centerof gravity position for any part of an assembly.
• Export functionality is available in the main CADsystems to extract those data in .txt or .xml format.Center of gravity positons can be referred to bothlocal assembly axes or global product axes.
• Weight Analytics is able to import these massproperties data end then manage rollup calculationfor the overall center of gravity.
• Main CAD systems are managed in this way,including CATIA V5, CREO, NX, SMART 3D.
