• First diagnosed with ALS in April 2008 at 60 years of age.

• There were several symptoms : sleeping problems, constipation,

excessive salivation, excessive phlegm, fatigue with no apparent

reason, difficulty to breathe, sudden loss of weight, a reduction in

muscle mass, muscle fasciculation and severe reduction of force.

• He had lot of difficulty to breathe without ventilator support and

also general lack of strength all over the body.
