PROPERTY OVERVIEW Situated steps away from legendary Waikiki Beach with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and iconic Diamond Head, the 839-room hotel is known as one of Oahu’s top destinations for Waikikiaccommodations. Highgate Hotels has commenced an extensive $115 million plus renovation and rebranding that will completely transform the property. Following the transformation, the hotel will be named ‘Alohilani Resort at Waikiki Beach.The redevelopment will include a15,000 sq ft Momosan Sake & Ramen and Morimoto Asia by Chef Masaharu Morimoto, a 6,000 sq ft fitness and spa club and 10,000 sq ft of curated luxury retail shops. The property renovation has commenced and is targeted for completion in fall 2017.
