Ideally located in front of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea,our campsite is a great place for a family holiday.

Named after the Hawaiian greeting, our campsite is keen onprotecting its natural environment and keeping a cosy atmosphere.

Whether it is with your family or your friends, everyone will findsomething to do. We have a wild range of activities. No matter if youjust want to chill or play sports all day long!

Historical and undoubtedly the biggest star of our establishment, ourpool complex possesses 2 large aqua-toboggans, but also several poolsfor the entire family (baby pool, paddling pool, jacuzzis, swimmingbasin) and they are heated all season long!

There are plenty of accommodations to choose from : cottages,wooden chalet ; as well as camping pitches for your caravan, camping-car, tents or trailers.

Here in Aloha, nothing is more important than enjoying the holidays!

CANCELLATION GUARANTEE

Cancellation fees may be covered by cancellation policies offered by the village, for a fee of €10 including taxes per holiday for a camping pitch or for €2 including taxes per night for rental accommodation.Should one of the following events occur before your departure:•serious illness, serious accident or death of a member of your family•complications of pregnancy before the 7th month•extensive material damage to your own property rendering your presence absolutely necessary•redundancy•accident to or total theft of your vehicle and/or your caravan occurring on your direct route to the place of stay•cancellation or modification of holiday dates by the employer.

You will be refunded as follows:•25% of the rental charge in the case of an event occurring between the date of booking and the 30th day before the planned date of taking up use of the facilities.•100% of the rental charge in the case of an event occurring less than 31 days before that date.During your stay, if one of the above eventualities occurs, compelling you to cut short your stay, you will be refundedby the sum corresponding to the part of your stay that has not been effected and already charged for by the campsite. In case of accident: Advise the campsite in writing (recorded delivery) within 24 hours, as soon as you know of any eventuality that will prevent your departure.Within 48 hours, advise the insurance company, providing written proof of the accident.

By booking you agree fully to our terms and conditions.BOOKING CONDITIONS• The reservation becomes effective solely with the agreement of the Village, upon receipt of the deposit and either upon receipt of the booking contract duly completed and signed, or upon your agreeing to the general conditions of sale when booking on-line.• Yelloh! Village is not bound by bookings unless Yelloh! Village has accepted them. Yelloh! Village is free to accept or to refuse bookings, depending on availability, and, in general, depending on any circumstance that is likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. Yelloh! Village offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodation has been specially designed to this effect. Yelloh!Village reserves the right to refuse any booking that might contravene or attempt to pervert this principle. • Booking of camping pitches or rented accommodation is made strictly on a personal basis. You may not under any circumstances sublet or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of the Village. • Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.Camping pitches:• The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper for 1 or 2 people, 1 car, electricity (10 Amp.) and access to the sanitary and to all the facilities.• The reservation of a pitch is for 7 nights minimum in July and August (less than 7 nights contact us, and depending on availability).Maximum 6 persons are allowed per pitch.Accommodations:• The rental accommodation includes equipment. The basic package is from2 to 10 places,depending on the type of accommodation chosen•Our prices include electricity, water,gas, entrance to the pool and all our facilities.•Animals are not accepted in our Accommodations **** and PREMIUM .•Sheets are not provided (except in the accommodations **** and PREMIUM , or when you have reserved them)Booking fees: No booking fees are charged.PRICES AND TOURIST TAXTourist tax extra (based on 2013)0,82€/day/pers. +13 yrs old, subject to amendments to the by-law.CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT• For bookings made over 30 days before the arrival date, an advance of 25% of the total price must be paid to the Village at the time of the booking. The balance must be paid to the Village, at the latest, 30 days before arrival.• For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the whole amount must be payed to the Village at the time of booking.CANCELLATION AND ALTERATIONS1.booking alterations• Alterations to your booking may be made at no cost, subject to availability in the same Yelloh!Village•In the absence of any notification from you, regarding a change of arrival date, the accommodation may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date specified on the contract, and you will consequently forfeit your booking.2. Unused facilitiesAny stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) by you shall not give rise to reimbursement.3. Cancellation by Yelloh! VillageIn the event of cancellation by Yelloh! Village, except in case of major force, the stay will be completely reimbursed. This cancellation shall nevertheless not incur the payment of damages and interest.4. Cancellation by the camper Any cancellation of a booking must be made in writing (recorded delivery) to your Yelloh!Village. Reimbursement of sums paid shall take place after deduction of the amounts specified below. If the cancellation occurs:• Over 30 days before the start of the stay: the advance shall be retained by the Village.• Less than 30 days before the start of the stay: the total amount of the stay shall be retained by the Village.Cancellation fees may be covered by the cancellation policy available from the village. No refunds will be made without subscription to this policy or without cancellation insurance.DURING YOUR STAYCamping pitches• Arrival: In the afternoon as from 14 p.m. • Departure: before noon.• Every change during your stay, not mentioned in the contract (persons, tent, extra car ...) will be payed as to on-site.Accommodations:•ARRIVAL: • Days of arrival may vary according to the Villages or periods (please refer to the particular conditions of each Village).•You will get the key of your accommodation in the afternoon between 5p.m. and 8 p.m. You will be required to pay a deposit of 150€.•During your stayIt is up to campers to ensure they have insurance cover: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings (bicycles etc.). The village shall in no event be held liable in case of an incident involving campers’ civil liability.All visitors must comply with the provisions of the internal regulations. Each named tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons staying with or visiting them.•DEPARTURE: You have to leave the accommodation between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.,make an appointment at the reception 3 days before departure. The accommodation shall be left perfectly clean, so that the inventory may be checked. Any breakage or damage will becharged, along with any repairs to the premises, if that should prove necessary. At the end of your stay, the deposit shall be refunded to you after deduction of compensation retained, on production of supporting invoices against possible damage as certained during the departure inventory. The retention of the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event of the expenses being greater than the amount of the deposit.•The end cleaning must be done by the tenant. If management deems it necessary, we will ask for a cleaning fee of 80 €.• For any delayed departure, you may be charged for an additional day at the price applicable for that night.NB: If you plan to leave the accommodation outside the openings hours of the reception, were commend you to pay the deposit by credit card; we will send it back to you after checking the state of the accommodation. You will have to pay the cleaning automaticly ( 80€)• We are unable to accept more guest per accomodation than the maximum number for which it was designed .PETSPets are admitted in the accomodation (except in accomodation **** and Premium ) and on the pitches, for a supplement payable at the time of booking. When admitted,they must be kept on a lead at all times. They are prohibited from swimming-pool areas, in food shops, and in the buildings. Dogs’ and cats’ vaccination certificates must be up to date. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are forbidden.LAWSUITSIn case of dispute, jurisdiction is delegated to Béziers court. Any potential complaint concerning non compliance of facilities with regard to contractual obligations must be notified in writing (recorded delivery) to ALOHA or to theYelloh! Village, within 30 days, after the end of the stay.INTERNAL REGULATIONAttention: A Aloha bracelet will be allocated per person on arrival, for access to the campsite and activities, and for your own security (deposit required). It must be worn visibly and at all time throughout your stay; and must be returned on your departure day to recover your deposit. Photographs: During the season, photo stories are realised for the communication of the campsite. Every person staying on the campsite accepts the use of his image.Visitors: Every visitor has to announce himself at the reception, and pay an entrance fee.YELLOH! VILLAGE’S RESPONSIBILITYThe client acknowledges that Yelloh! Village may not be held responsible for any false information supplied by its partners or by any third party that might be specified in the Yelloh! Village brochure or on its website, concerning the residential premises, and particularly its photographs, descriptions, activities, leisure activities, services and dates of operation. All photographs and text used in the brochure or on the Yelloh! Village website are non-contractual. They are for information purposes only. Certain activities and facilities offered by the Yelloh!
