ALMOND COOKIES 300 g flour

2 tea spoons baking powder

100 g sugar

1 egg

125 g butter

* This is mixed with the mixer, spread on a tray and then baked in the oven at 200C for 15 min.

200 g margarine

150 g sugar

200 g chopped almonds

200 g planed almonds

40 g honey

2 spoons of milk

a little less than one bottle of oil of bitter almonds

Cook for 10 min on the hot-plate so that it mixes well and then spilled over the already pre-

baked dough. Continue baking in the oven at 200C until its ready.
