Almax is a world-known leading trade-mark in the production of mannequins and display forms. The company employs approximately 150 people and covers an area of 15,000 sqm, 8,000 of which are occupied by factory, administrative premises and showroom. In 2008 new blocks have been added; these are dedicated to storage and to rationalize the production process.

Almax is the result of the work and over forty-year experience of a team of professional artists and technicians, who, co-operating with management, has helped to develop and create high-tech products, for which the company is well-known and appreciated worldwide.

So far, Almax has designed and produced a wide variety of original models of mannequins (about 800), including male, female and child mannequins variously sized and positioned, representing various ethnic and physical features, with more than 1,500 realistic, stylized and semi-abstract heads.We produce also a great variety of display forms including male, female, child busts and 3/4 forms, shoe-glove-watch-eyeglass holders, jewelry accessories and other holders. Great design respecting the environment

Almax is able to supply high quality products in full respect for the environment.All Almax mannequins are made with polystyrene, that is long-lasting and highly shatter-proof, but above all it is a clean raw material, since it is completely recyclable. For many years Almax has been using only water based paint

colors for any finishing, utilizing the latest eco-friendly techniques, and thus protecting both the environment and its workers’ health.A recycling system enables the Almax factory to significantly decrease water consumption, and photovoltaic solar panels have been installed to help reduce CO2

emissions.

Continuing its commitment to protecting the environment, Almax achieved the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 certification, granted by the ICIM S.p.A. for the highest standards in an Environmental Management system.

The full range of Almax products is designed, realized, manufactured and finished in Italy.We chose to follow this path for many reasons. The main one is quality. Producing in Italy allows a 100% control of the working process, from the choice of raw materials to packaging. This is now guaranteed by the new certification granted by The Institute for the Protection of Italian Manufacturers. Through this instrument we want to give our clients a unique benefit. Every Almax product has now a sticker with a unique code and the holographic brand of the association which allows our clients to trace the product origin via the website of the Institute.
